4 sentenced in Warren County court

Four sentences were handed down and one bench warrant was issued during sentence court proceedings on Friday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

¯ Amber L. Conrad, Jamestown, N.Y., to eight to 16 months incarceration, $875 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, 35 hours of community service and work release and early reentry eligibility on a count of possession of a controlled substance. Conrad was given credit for 46 days time served. On a count of possession of drug paraphernalia, Conrad was sentenced to three to six months incarceration on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Carolyn B. Dickson, Clarendon to a two year intermediate punishment sentence including 90 days house arrest with electronic monitoring and the duration on probation, $15.30 in restitution, $1,025 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, to maintain physical and mental health regimens, participation in one-on-one counseling and a no trespass order for Dollar General property on a count of retail theft.

¯ Nathan P. Foster, Clarendon, to a six month intermediate punishment sentence including 72 hours incarceration and the duration on probation, $1,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with refusal – second as well as $70 each on charges of period for requiring lighted lamps and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Eric L. Linville, Youngsville, to 18 months probation, $975 in fines and fees, a no contact order, 80 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of intimidation of witnesses/victims.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Michael J. Connolly, Russell. Connolly was to be sentenced on charges at two dockets including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, retail theft and driving an unregistered vehicle.
