Accident. At 4:48 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, Terry A. Lucas, 47, of Pittsfield, was traveling southbound on Morrison Hill Road at its intersection with Erie Hollow Drive, approaching a slight right-hand curve. Lucas was driving his vehicle on snowy/icy roadway conditions attempting to negotiate the slight right-hand curve when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle. Lucas’s vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck the embankment on the east side of the roadway with the left front of the vehicle and it came to final rest facing southbound off the east side of the roadway. Pennsylvania State Police Warren was assisted at the scene by Frank’s Towing. No charges were filed.

Sugar Grove

Retail Theft. At 5:32 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, Pennsylvania State Police Warren was contacted by the manager of the Sugar Grove Kwik Fill regarding an alleged gas drive-off. Upon review of video surveillance, the vehicle was identified as a gold 2015 Dodge Caravan bearing an older-style white Statue of Liberty front N.Y. license plate No. P99-5CZ. One male occupant was allegedly involved. He appeared to be wearing jeans, a dark-colored jacket, and is of average height and build. The gas stolen is valued at $58. An investigation is ongoing.
