Child pornography. City of Warren police report two 14-year-old juveniles were both cited for transmission of sexually explicit images by a minor on Nov. 5 following an investigation from October.
Theft. Dylan Hochstine, 22, and Katelin Smith, 26, both of Warren, were charged with trademark counterfeiting and theft by deception – false impression following an investigation where counterfeit money was used to purchase $59.26 worth of items from a local retailer.
Simple assault. Craig McFadden, 30, of Warren, was charged with simple assault and harassment on Oct. 16 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Simple assault. Clayton Hesch, 31, of Warren, was charged with simple assault and criminal trespass on Nov. 6 following a past-tense domestic dispute.
Traffic violation. Mamie Thomas, 32, of Grand Valley, was cited for not driving at a safe speed on Nov. 8 following a three-vehicle crash at Main St./St. Clair.
Theft. Terri Rosequist, 55, of Warren, was charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking following an investigation from October where she had illegally used a credit card that was not hers to purchase $7,000 worth of items. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported Earl H. Zeigler, 38, of Warren, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for an incident on Aug. 19, 2019, on Old Chautauqua Road. Zeigler allegedly took and operated a motor vehicle without the consent of the vehicle’s owner. Zeigler is scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court at a later date.
