17 sentenced Friday in Warren County Court

17 defendants were sentenced and a bench warrant was issued for another during sentence court proceedings on Friday.

All periods of incarceration are to be served in the Warren County Jail unless otherwise specified.

• Kevin S. Anderson, Youngsville, to a six-month intermediate punishment sentence including 30 days incarceration and the duration on probation. $850 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and any recommended treatment, 30 hours of community service and work release and early re-entry eligibility on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense. He was fined $70 each on charges of careless driving and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

• Steven R. Blankenship, Ludlow, Pa., to four months to 12 months, three months probation, $2,250 in fines and fees, credit for 88 days time served, work release and early re-entry eligibility and submission of a DNA sample on a count of possession with intent to deliver. He was also sentenced to six months of electronic monitoring with drug patch technology and can be paroled to inpatient treatment. On a count DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense, he was sentenced to a six month intermediate punishment sentence with up to 30 days of inpatient treatment followed by 60 days house arrest and the duration of probation, $1,175 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and participation in drug and alcohol treatment. He was fined $245 on a count of driving while under suspension.

• Cody A. Dickerson, Jamestown, NY, to two years probation, $2,069.23 in restitution, $775 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service, a no-trespass order at Walmart and participation in the COG program on a count of retail theft.

• Austin K. Fiscus, Bear Lake, to three days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for three days time served to make him eligible for immediate parole, $725 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service, to undergo mental health and anger management evaluations and any corresponding treatment on a count of terroristic threats.

• Daniel J. Fry, Bear Lake, to a six month intermediate punishment sentence including five days incarceration and the duration of probation, $925 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, work release eligibility and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense. He was sentenced to a consecutive 90 days of incarceration, $1,000 in fines and fees and a 12-month license suspension on a count of driving while under suspension – second offense and $70 on a count of turning movements and required signals. At a second docket, he was sentenced to a two year intermediate punishment sentence including 10 days incarceration and 30 days of house arrest with SCRAM monitoring and the duration of probation, fines and fees in excess of $400, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 45 hours of community service and work release eligibility on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – third offense. He was sentenced to 90 days incarceration, a $1,000 fine and a 12-month license suspension on a count of driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked and $70 on a count of careless driving.

• Tristen L. Hartman, Corry, to 30 days to one-year incarceration, $825 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, work release and early re-entry eligibility and participation in the COG program on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

• Ivar D. Hudson, Warren, to a six month intermediate punishment including 72 hours incarceration and the duration of probation, $1,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: General impairment/impaired ability – first offense. He was also fined $70 on charges of learners’ permit and careless driving as well as $345, a three-month license suspension and a three-month registration suspension on a count of required financial responsibility.

• Jeramey J. Huya, Meadville, Pa., to a two year intermediate punishment sentence including 90 days house arrest with electronic monitoring and the duration of probation, $3,994.32 in restitution, $900 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of conspiracy (receiving stolen property). On a count of theft by unlawful taking, he was sentenced to one-year probation and 70 hours of community service.

• Noah J. Lucks, Clarendon, to a five year intermediate punishment sentence including 90 days inpatient treatment with credit for 90 days time served and house arrest with SCRAM monitoring for nine months and the duration of probation, $3,300 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension and compliance with all conditions of treatment court on a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – third offense. He was ordered to pay $70 each on charges of careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

• Michael J. Marshall, Warren, to two years probation, $985 in fines and fees, a drug and alcohol evaluation, 50 hours of community service and participation in the COG group on a count of tamper with/fabricate physical evidence. He was sentenced to a consecutive year probation and 50 hours of community service on a count of possession of a controlled substance.

• Jeremy L. Paden, Pittsfield, to an intermediate punishment sentence including six months incarceration and six months probation, $875 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, work release and early re-entry eligibility and to undergo a mental health evaluation on a count of possession of a controlled substance. He was given credit for 157 days time served.

• John E. Porr, Warren, to a six month intermediate punishment sentence including five days incarceration and the duration of probation, $1,125 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service, work release eligibility and participation in drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense. He was fined a total of $70 on a count of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

• Cory D. Rose, Spartansburg, Pa., to one year probation, $500 in fines and fees, drug and alcohol, mental health and anger management evaluations and compliance with any recommendations, a no-contact order, 15 hours of community service and participating in a parenting class on a count of simple assault (mutual consent).

• Nathan D. Ruby, Warren, to an 18 month intermediate punishment including three days incarceration with credit for three days time served and 87 days of house arrest with SCRAM monitoring and the duration of probation, $925 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service, to continue with mental health treatment, an anger management evaluation and compliance with any recommendations and participation in the COG program on a count of simple assault. He was sentenced to six months of probation and 20 hours of community service on a count of criminal mischief.

• Kimberly A. Smith, Pittsfield, to a six month intermediate punishment sentence including 48 hours incarceration and the duration of probation, $1,050 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service, work release eligibility and mental health and drug and health treatment on a count of DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense as well as $70 on a count of careless driving. At a second docket, Smith was sentenced to a six month intermediate punishment sentence including five days incarceration and 30 days of house arrest with SCRAM monitoring and the duration of probation, $800 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, work release eligibility and mental health and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense in addition to $70 on a count of driving on roadways laned for traffic.

• Curtis G. Snyder, Warren, to 15 to 30 months incarceration in state prison, $3,677.97 in restitution, $1,025 in fines and fees, a no-trespass order at Walmart, credit for 108 days time served and priority for a therapeutic treatment community if appropriate on a count of retail theft. He was given credit for 108 days time served. He was sentenced to five to 10 months consecutive incarceration, $174.66 in restitution and $650 in fines and fees on a count of false identification to law enforcement and to a $300 fine on a count of defiant trespass. Snyder is not boot camp or recidivism risk reduction incentive eligible in the state system.

• Nicholas T. Stec, Warren, to a six month intermediate punishment to be served on probation, $725 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and participation in the DUI intervention program on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and $70 on a count of failure to stop at red signal.
