Charges were withdrawn against two defendants during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Gary L. O'Donnell, Warren. O'Donnell had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment - subject other to physical contact was re-categorized as a non-traffic citation.

¯ Lawrence Devereaux, Warren. Devereaux had been charged with possession with intent to deliver.
