Warren

Harassment. According to City of Warren police, a 13-year-old was cited for harassment on Sunday, Dec. 3, after they responded to a report of an “out of control teenager.”

Harassment. City of Warren police report that Taylor Depto, 24 or Warren, was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, and disorderly conduct after police responded to a reported disturbance on Wednesday, Dec. 6. Depto was placed in the Warren County Jail on emergency commitment, police said.

Possession. City of Warren police report that Christopher Fletcher, 34, of Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Monday, Dec. 11 after they found illegal items while assisting another agency in Nov. of this year.

Public Drunkenness. According to City of Warren police, Melvin Atwell, 61, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness after they responded to a report of a man lying on the ground on Sunday, Dec. 10.

Harassment. City of Warren police report that Kiefer Weilacher, 23, of Warren, was cited for harassment following a report that a threatened someone on Monday, Dec. 11.

Accident. According to City of Warren police, Leah Danielson, 48, of Warren, was cited for vehicles entering intersection following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Dartmouth Streets on Tuesday, Dec. 12.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Simple Assault. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 69 year-old male, of the Rouse Home, was charged with simple assault after an incident on December 7. Police say a 72 year-old victim entered the suspect’s room. The suspect then assaulted the victim and pushed him out of the room.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. According to Pennsylvania State Police, four males stole several Christmas trees from a Christmas tree farm at Henry’s Mill Road in Sheffield on December 17 between 3:50 and 4:15 p.m.. Two of the males were between 18 and 21 years old, and the other two were between 30 and 40 years old. The suspect vehicles are a newer model black Ford F-150, an older model blue Ford Ranger with a tan-colored tailgate and an off-color passenger door, and a newer model red Dodge Ram pickup, possibly with decals on the side. State Police are investigating.
