Warren County Sentencing Court

The following defendants entered guilty pleas during change of plea proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday.

¯ Jacquline E. Case, Jamestown, NY, to false reports to law enforcement authorities. Charges of obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function and hindering apprehension or prosecution were not prosecuted.

¯ Ronald L. Decker, Sugar Grove, to corruption of minors. An additional count of corruption of minors and retaliation against witness or victim were not prosecuted.

¯ Robert L. Garland, Jamestown, NY, to theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Jennifer E. Hazeltine, Warren, to two counts of retail theft. An additional 10 counts of retail theft were not prosecuted.

¯ James R. Houston, Lakewood, NY, to charges at three dockets. Each docket included pleading guilty to receiving stolen property while a count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

¯ Andrew J. Jordan, Warren, to defiant trespass.

¯ Patrick N. Kiser, Warren, to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.

¯ Lee N. Lookenhouse, Sugar Grove, to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – refusal – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense and failure to stop at red signal were not prosecuted.

¯ Dakota M. Raymond, Jamestown, NY, to DUI: Controlled substance – schedule I – first offense and careless driving. Charges of possession – small amount of marijuana and DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense were not prosecuted.

¯ Kristen M. Stanko, Warren, to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs – first offense and restriction on alcoholic beverages. Charges including nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance – schedule II or III – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Stanko pled guilty to DUI: Controlled substance – schedule II or III – second offense and rear lighting. A count of DUI: Controlled substance – schedule II or III – second offense.

¯ Rodney P. Turner, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – third offense, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, careless driving and endangering the welfare of a child. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – third offense and driving on right side of roadway were not prosecuted.

¯ Linda L. Vinopal, Sheffield, to charges at four dockets. At one, Vinopal pled guilty to conspiracy (theft by deception) while a count of retail theft was not prosecuted. At a second, Vinopal pled guilty to conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) while charges of retail theft and conspiracy (theft by deception) were not prosecuted. At a third, Vinopal pled guilty to conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking)while charges of conspiracy (theft by deception) and retail theft were not prosecuted. At a fourth, Vinopal pled guilty to conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) while charges of retail theft, conspiracy (retail theft) and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

¯ Lori A. Walters, Warren, to identity theft and access device fraud. Charges of forgery and theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.

¯ Steven J. Wedge, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – fourth offense and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – fourth offense and false reports to law enforcement authorities were not prosecuted.

¯ John E. Wester, Clarendon, to possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance were not prosecuted.

¯ Mitchell H. Wilcox, Pittsfield, to theft by unlawful taking and false reports to law enforcement authorities. Charges of conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), receiving stolen property and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Bench warrants were issued for the following individuals for failure to appear:

¯ Joshua S. Haskins, Warren. Haskins has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance – schedule I – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance schedule II or III – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, required financial responsibility and careless driving.

¯ Trinity Lindstrom-Kotouch, Corry. Lindstrom-Kotouch has been charged with DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, prohibiting text-based communication, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving.

¯ James Livingston III, Union City. Livingston has been charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and a single count of criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property).

¯ Patricia A. Southwick, Jamestown, NY. Southwick has been charged with receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while under suspension.

¯ Jonathan H. Young, Butler, Pa. Young has been charged with burglary – overnight accommodation, person present, theft by unlawful taking and loitering and prowling at night time.

Shyan Sisk, Sugar Grove, was to enter a plea to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. After court officials suspected she was under the influence, Sisk was tested and tested positive for opiates. Hammond ordered her placed in the Warren County Jail and said he would take her plea on Friday.
