Conewango Twp.

Retail Theft. According to Conewango Township Police, Brandy skinner, 44, of Warren was charged with retail theft after under scanning and concealing several items at Wal-Mart on May 7.

Underage Drinking. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 19 year old male, Sugar Grove, was charged with underage drinking following a traffic stop in which he was a passenger on May 7.

Criminal Mischief. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 23 year old male, Jamestown, N.Y., falsely reported a hit and run on May 9. Upon further investigation, it was found that the accused had shot a private residence with a paintball gun.

DUI. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 18 year old male, Russell, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Follett Run Road on May 7 at 2:52 a.m.

Glade Twp.

DUI. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Chelsea Elysia Quijas, 28, of Warren was charged with DUI following a crash on May 6. Police say Quijas lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a utility pole off of the berm. The accident briefly closed Fifth Avenue.

Triumph Twp.

Harassment. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 41 year old female, Tidioute, and a known 30 year old female, Tidioute, were charged with harassment following an incident on May 7 and 8. Police say the accused got into an argument that became physical.

Youngsville

Criminal Mischief. According to Youngsville Police, on May 8 at approximately 7:30 p.m. police responded to 161 Old Pittsfield Road for a report of criminal mischief. It was found that someone shot a truck parked at that location with a paintball gun, causing damage to the vehicle. The incident occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m. May 7 and 11:00 a.m. May 8. Anyone with information is asked to please contact the Youngsville Police Department at 563-7555 or Crime Stoppers.

Theft. According to Youngsville Police, Mitchell Wilcox, 20, of Pittsfield and Dakota Morse, 20, of Jamestown, N.Y. were charged with theft following an incident on April 17. Police say Morse and West took the donation jar from Youngsville Public Library containing approximately $250 dollars in cash.
