Two defendants entered guilty pleas while charges were withdrawn against two others during preliminary hearings on Wednesday.

The following entered guilty pleas:

¯ Dennis Michael Denardi, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of public drunkeness was withdrawn.

¯ Shiahn L. Carson, Youngsville, to furnishing authorities with information without knowledge. Charges of obstructing the administration of law/other governmental function amd hinder apprehension/prosecution – harbor or conceal were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Gale Arthur Flick, Jr., Grand Valley, who had been charged with teroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Michael Jay Marshall, Warren, who had been charged with possession with intent to deliver, false report falsely incriminate another, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
