One pleads guilty, one held at prelims
One defendant was held for court while another pled guilty during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday before District Justice Tood Woodin.
Mikael Thomas, Camp Hill, Pa., was held for court. Thomas has been charged with burglary – overnight accommodation, no person present, conspiracy (burglary), criminal trespass – break into structure, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), criminal mischief – damage property and conspiracy (criminal mischief).
Delmas Lowers, Jr., Kennedy, N.Y., pled guilty to a count of statement under penalty. A count of materially false written statement – firearm purchase was withdrawn.
