Theft. According to Conewango Township Police, Robert J. Garland, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with one count of felony theft by unlawful taking after several incidents at Warren Bon-Ton between September and December of 2016. Police say Garland, who was employed by Bon-Ton stole $2,951.06 worth of clothing and other items from the store.

Sheffield Twp.

Burglary/Theft. According to Pennsylvania State Police, an unknown suspect stole two drive shafts from the basement of Stephen Nelson of Sheffield, and a wallet and cash from the vehicle of Kelly Nearing of Sheffield. Anyone with information is asked to contact PA Crime Stoppers or PSP Warren.

ID Theft. According to Pennsylvania State Police, James McCall Sr., Sheffield, reported to PSP Warren that someone may have misused his personal information. An investigation is ongoing.

Access Device Fraud. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Gwyn Oswalt, Sheffield, reported to PSP Warren than an unknown suspect misused her debit card information to make purchases in Las Vegas, Nevada. Anyone with info is asked to contact PA Crime Stoppers or PSP Warren.
