Vehicle theft. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 5 p.m. on July 21 and 11:45 a.m. on July 26 someone stole two blue Yamaha 350 ATVs off of a vacant property on Matthews Run Road belonging to Timothy Sveda, Youngsville. The investigation is ongoing; anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Motorcycle crash. According to Warren-based state police, on Saturday, July 23 at approximately 12:45 p.m., a 2009 Harley Davidson Electra Glide operated by Larry Phillips, 64, of Meadville was traveling north on Scandia Road when Phillips lost control while rounding the right-hand curve and laid the motorcycle down on its right side. The motorcycle slid in a northwesterly direction for approximately 44 feet to the center line before continuing to slide across the southbound lane another 74 feet to the southbound berm, police said. The motorcycle continued to travel another 22 feet on the southbound berm before its undercarriage made initial contact with the guardrail, coming to rest wedged beneath the guardrail, police said. Phillips was wearing a helmet and was transported to UPMC Hamot in Erie for unknown injuries, according to police.

Warrant arrest. According the the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, July 25 at approximately 2:17 p.m., Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Blaine Beatty at the Holly Street Apartments on a parole/probation warrant issued out of Warren County for violating probation and parole. Beatty was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Crash. Warren-based state police report that on Friday, July 22 at approximately 5:10 p.m., a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse operated by Pamela Pratt, 65, of Inverness, Fla.,was traveling north on Miller Hill Road and did not see a Honda VPX 1300 operated by David Flasher, 51, of Sugar Grove, who was traveling west on Route 957. Police said Pratt pulled into the intersection of Miller Hill and Route 957 and Flasher was unable to stop, causing him to crash into the side of Pratt’s vehicle. Flasher was transported to Warren General Hospital for unknown injuries, according to police, lwho said he was wearing a helmet. Pratt was charged with duties at stop sign.

Burglary. Warren-based state police report that sometime between Friday, July 1 and Thursday, July 21 someone removed several items from the Route 426 residence of David Lee Lillie, 65, Spring Creek. Theft. Conewango Township Police reported that between July 15 and 16 in North Warren, someone attempted to gain access to a vehicle on Cook St. and gained access to a vehicle on Evergreen Blvd. overnight. Stolen items included a small amount of change, a dark blue Nike drawstring bag and two Blueberry Hill Golf Course gift certificates. Criminal mischief. According to state police, on July 20 at 2:16 p.m., an unknown suspect damaged a door handle to a side door of a residence on Oil Creek Road before fleeing in an unknown direction. The investigation is on-going.

DUI. Warren-based state police report that at 12:03 a.m. on July 2, Benny Allen Graham, Jr., 33, was stopped for a reported traffic violation in the 1700 block of Market Street. He was found to be DUI, and charges are pending.
Retail theft. Conewango Township Police report that Stephan Pillars, Warren, was charged with four counts of retail theft and four counts of driving without a license. Police said between May 11 and June 30, he pumped gas four times from the Kwik Fill at the Warren Mall, with a total value of $112.09, then drove off without paying. Police determined that he was driving without a license when he committed each offense.
Mead Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police report that a criminal complaint was filed on July 18 through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office charging Shane Holt, 33, Warren, and Justin Lancaster, 33, Warren, with theft occurring between 8:30 a.m. on May 9 and 12:30 p.m. on May12 from a wooded area on Brown Run Road. Two drill bits with a total value of $800 were stolen.
Pleasant Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police report that at 7:19 p.m. on July 18, Robert G. Rieder, 80, Warren, was traveling eastbound on a 2006 Yamaha XC50U motorcycle on Pleasant Drive near Fuller Avenue when Michael A. Darling, 21, Warren, made a left turn in a 2002 Subaru Legacy directly into the path of Rieder. The motorcycle struck the passenger side rear bumper, causing Rieder to lose control. Rieder continued east on Pleasant Drive before laying the bike on its side. He was thrown from the motorcycle and came to rest in the westbound lane. He was transported to Warren General Hospital and flown to Hamot Medical Center in Erie for further treatment of his injuries.
Erie County
Aggravated assault. Corry-based state police report that Shawn Skitka, 50, Union City, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and other charges before District Justice McGowan after he doused a victim and his residence with gasoline and threatened to light both on fire. He was released on $1 unsecured bail with numerous other bail conditions.

Retail theft. Warren City police report that Michael Mead, 39, Warren, was charged with retail theft on July 4 after officers responded to a local convenience store for a theft of $2.98.
Theft. Warren City police report that a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with theft by unlawful taking on July 7 after the theft of a table was reported to police.
Retail theft. Warren City police report that Stephen Pillars Jr. 43, Warren, was cited for seven separate incidents of retail theft following gas drive-offs starting in December 2015 from gas stations in the city. He was also charged with driving without a license in relation to these incidents.
Crash. Warren City police report that Amy Lewis, 35, Clarendon, was cited for following too closely on July 11 after a two-vehicle accident at Pennsylvania Avenue and Parker Street.
Retail theft. Warren City police report that a 10-year-old juvenile was cited for retail theft on July 11 after officers responded to a report of a shoplifter who had taken $6.38 worth of gum from a convenience store.
Dog law violation. Warren City police report that John Bell, 69, Warren, was cited for confinement and housing of dogs on July 12 following an investigation into a person being attacked by a dog.
Defiant trespass. Warren City police report that Michelle Munksgard, 40, Warren, was cited for defiant trespass on July 12 after officers received a report she had trespassed on the victim’s property after she had been told not to.
Harassment. Warren City police report that Andrew Haines, 49, Warren, was cited for harassment on July 7 after officers responded to a physical domestic dispute.
Public drunkenness. Warren City police report that Lee Jordan Sr., 43, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on July 15 after officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute.
Public drunkenness. Warren City police report that Cameron Hale, 26, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on July 16 after officers responded to a report of a fall victim.
Columbus Twp.
Crash. Corry-based state police report that at 11:05 a.m. on July 19, Luke S. Schodt, 19, Corry, was traveling south on Davis Road in a 2004 Ford Ranger at a high rate of speed when he lost traction to his rear wheels. The vehicle spun counter-clockwise across the northbound lane, left the road and struck a culvert with the rear end of the vehicle, causing the vehicle to flip end-over-end striking multiple trees while travelling down an embankment. The vehicle ended up 75 feet from Davis Road, and had to be towed. Schodt and a 16-year-old passenger were transported to Corry Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.

Harassment. Conewango Township Police report that officers were dispatched at 2:17 p.m. on July 16 to 32 Allegheny Drive for an unknown disturbance. Katherine Bryne, 29, and Kenny Roman, 31, were cited for harassment after subjecting to physical contact during an argument that escalated. Citations were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies assisted at the scene.

Burglary. State police report that sometime between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on July 17, someone entered Rodney Tomassoni’s residence on Cobham Park Road and damaged a DVD player and a TV. Theft. State police report that sometime between May 26 and June 5, Jack R. Scott, 54, Chardon, Ohio, took $73,800 for his personal gain from Tussey Mountain Cabins. On July 18, Scott was arraigned in front of District Justice Glenn Carlson and unsecured bail was set at $25,000. He was released on his own recognizance.

Crash. State police report that at 2:30 p.m. on July 17, Leonard Weiss, 70, Brookline, Mass., lost control of his 1973 BMW R75/5 motorcycle while rounding a left-hand curve on Pleasant Drive, approximately one-half of a mile north of Rocky Gap. He was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Crash. A Spring Creek man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 10:30 p.m. Friday, July 15, on Route 426. According to Warren-based state police, the 17-year-old was driving east on Route 426 when the car left the road and struck a group of trees in a ravine. Police said the driver was not wearing his seat belt and received suspected minor injuries to his head and shoulder. He was transported by Emergycare to UPMC Hamot, Erie, for treatment.
Sheffield Twp.
Charged. Warren-based state police charged Jesse L. Parsons, Sheffield, with disorderly conduct after an incident at 10 a.m. Wednesday in which police said Parsons stopped outside the residence of Arthur T. Johnson III of Sheffield and argued with him, then left and returned with three or four friends “which resulted in a loud disturbance.”
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police report that between 10 p.m. July 13 and 8 a.m. July 15, someone scratched the rear door of a vehicle belonging to Jeanne Vanderhoof, 66, Sheffield, while it was parked at her residence on West Main Street. An investigation continues.
Spring Creek
Twp.
Crash. A Corry woman was injured after a one-vehicle motorcycle crash at 5:50 p.m. Saturday, July 16, on Route 426. According to Warren-based state police, Lisa A. Jukes, 48, of Corry was traveling west on Route 426 when her motorcycle left the westbound lane, went onto the berm, and crashed onto its left side. Jukes was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries, police said.

DUI. Warren City Police report that at 10:35 p.m. on June 26, Charlotte Ann Smith, 56, Warren, was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Hickory Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Police said after testing for DUI, she was charged thorugh District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.
Clarendon
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police report that between 5 p.m. on July 8 and 6:30 a.m. on July 11, someone damaged windows on three separate pieces of equipment belonging to Fox and Sons, North Main Street in Clarendon.

Theft. Conewango Township Police reported that on June 29 and July 1 a Walmart employee, Victor Mojica Rivera, Jamestown, N.Y., stole a smartphone valued at $200 from a fellow employee at the store and then stole a second smartphone from a Walmart vendor valued at $600. Police subsequently charged Rivera with two counts of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking for the violations.

Criminal mischief. State police reported that sometime between 9 a.m. on July 10, and 10 a.m. on July 12, someone threw multiple eggs at a residence of Kim Marie Avery, Warren, on Pleasant Drive. Police said the investigation is continuing.

Crash. Warren City Police said Lawrence Logan, 63, Clarendon, was cited for disregard traffic lane and hit and run following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Market Street and Sixth Avenue on July 1.
Crash. Warren City Police said Ryan Mercer, 25, Youngsville, was cited for driving without a license on July 1 following a two-vehicle accident on Laurel Street.
Crash. Warren City Police said Frank Costanzo, 52, Clarendon, was cited for careless driving on July 5 following a traffic accident after striking bleachers that were placed in the parking lane on Pennsylvania Avenue W.
Crash. Warren City Police said Michael Crone, 22, Warren, was cited for driving at safe speed on July 5 following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Conewango and Fifth avenues.
Interference with custody. Warren City Police said Diana Johnson, 51, Clarendon, was charged with interference with custody of children and driving while suspended on July 5 after police responded to a call of a juvenile leaving with her without permission.
Corruption of minors. Warren City Police said Dakota Wilson, 21, Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, defiant trespass and corruption of minors after police came upon his vehicle at a city park after hours. Police said a 17-year-old female was charged with possession of marijuana and defiant trespass in the same incident.
Loud noise. Warren City Police said Timothy Spranz, 50, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of loud music on July 7.
Parole violation. Warren County Adult Probation reported that shortly after 9 a.m. on July 11, the department was alerted that the GPS monitoring bracelet worn by Allana Munch, 22, Warren, was tampered with and removed. Police said that while attempting to locate Munch, probation officers received information that Munch had boarded a TAWC bus traveling to Youngsville. Probation officers reportedly contacted Warren County 911 dispatchers who alerted Youngsville Police Department. At 10:10 a.m., Youngsville Police officers stopped the TAWC bus on West Main Street and apprehended Munch, who was turned over to probation officers, according to police. Munch is currently on parole for charges of corruption of minors and was committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Theft. According to state police, between July 1 and July 6, someone removed a lawn globe from the front yard of Ronald Jay Smith, 64, Clarendon, on Keenan Street. The globe is described by police as blue with a tan/organge base. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police.

Chautauqua Co.
Police pursuit. On June 10 at about 3:53 a.m. a Jamestown police officer observed a white Chevrolet pick-up truck driving recklessly in the Community Bank/Tim Horton’s parking lot in Brooklyn Square. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle when the vehicle accelerated through the drive-through of the bank, struck a post near the bank and fled through the parking lot at high speed. The vehicle continued eastbound on Harrison Street at a high rate of speed and attempted a turn onto Allen Street, which caused an accident. The driver, Daniel F. Johnson, 27, Jamestown, then fled on foot. After a foot pursuit, Johnson was caught and resisted officers attempts to take him into custody. He was charged with DWI, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, obstructing governmental administration and several traffic violations. Johnson was transported to the city jail without incident. No one was injured during the incident.

Crash. According to Warren-based State Police, on Thursday, July 7 at approximately 2:29 p.m., a vehicle operated by William Rossiter, 78, of Tidioute, was traveling north on Route 62 and was about to make a left hand turn onto Route 127 when a vehicle operated by Jessica Sutton, 32, of Tidioute, traveling behind him, failed to see Rossiter attempting to make the turn and struck his vehicle from behind. A passenger in Rossiter’s vehicle was transported to Titusville Hospital for minor injuries, according to police. police were assisted at the scene by Tidioute VFD and EmergyCare.

Crash. According to Warren-based state police, on Sunday, July 3, at approximately 7 p.m., a 2008 Toyota Tacoma driven by Laura Long, 28, of Pittsfield, slid into a ditch on Hemlock Road for approximately 20 feet before reentering the roadway and sliding back across both lanes, striking a tree. The vehicle was disabled, police said, and slid down an embankment before coming to final rest. Long was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash, according to police, and no injuries were reported. Long was cited for Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic.

Corruption of minors. According to Conewango Township Police, on June 26 at 7:25 p.m., police were dispatched to Walmart where loss prevention officers observed Larenda K. Martin-Ressler, 31, Clarendon, and a female juvenile concealing merchandise. Police said Martin-Ressler was charged with misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and retail theft.
Elk Twp.
Crash. State police reported that on July 3 at 7:35 p.m., Joseph Francis Wagner, 55, Warren, was involved in a motorcycle crash on Scandia Road just south of the New York state line. Police said Wagner was traveling south when he failed to negotiate a sharp curve in the roadway. Wagner struck a guardrail, police said, causing him to lose control of the motorcycle, lying it down on its left side. Police said both the bike and Wagner slid south along the soft berm of the roadway before impacting a guiderail post, coming to rest. Wagner sustained moderate injuries in the crash, police said, and was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment via ambulance. Upon further investigation, police said, it was suspected that Wagner was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was interviewed at WGH and submitted to chemical testing, police said. Blood results are pending and the investigation continues.

Simple trespass. According to state police, on July 2 at 5:53 p.m., Casey C. McClain, 26, Sheffield, came onto property owned by Edith M. Ciongoli, 59, Tiona, during a verbal disagreement. Police said McClain was advised to leave, but stayed on the property to continue the verbal altercation. Charges for simple trespass were filed against McClain through District Judge Laura Bauer.

Theft. According to state police, Beth Borden, Sheffield, reported that on June 29 between 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. an unknown individual stole prescription medication from her vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or PA Crime Stoppers.

Criminal mischief. State police said between June 29 and July 3, an unknown individual flattened eight tires on a semi-trailer belonging to Todd Steuart, Youngsville, while it was parked at 506 East Main Street. ATV DUI. Pennsylvania State Police arrested Floyd M. Cornell Jr., 42, of Corry, for DUI, after he was seen riding an ATV at 4:05 p.m. Saturday at Route 957 and West Main Street, Columbus. Police said Cornell was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.
Conewango Twp.
Theft. Conewango Township Police charged Linda K. Haney, 59, of Jamestown, N.Y., with retail theft at 7:52 p.m. Sunday, after they were called by Walmart officials who said Haney concealed merchandise valued at $102.40 in her purse.
Mead Twp.
Burglary. Pennsylvania State Police are asking for information regarding a reported burglary that took place between Saturday, June 25, and Friday, July 1, at a private residence on Route 6, Mead Township, owned by Suellen M. Theft. Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle that took place between 9 and 10:45 p.m. Sunday, July 3, at 24 Forest St., Sugar Grove. Police said someone entered a vehicle through and unlocked door and took money.
Forest Co.
Walk-off. Pennsylvania State Police are looking for two 13-year-old girls who walked away from Taylor Diversions Program of Tionesta at 10 p.m. Saturday. According to police, the girls are white, one is Hispanic, are about 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-5, medium build, with dark hair and clothing. Anyone with information about the girls is asked to call Marienville-based state police at 927-5253.

Brokenstraw Twp
Crash. According to Warren-based state police, on Friday, July 1, at approximately 1:40 p.m., a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Mary Mort, 35, of Bear Lake, was headed north on Abraham Hollow Road when Mort attempted to move over for a vehicle traveling south and entered the ditch on the east side of the roadway. Police said that Mort disabled the engine when she hit the ditch, causing damage to her vehicle. According to police, Mort sustained minor injuries and her passenger, Lashell Couter, 42, of Bear Lake, was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital for unknown injuries. Police said that both Mort and Couter were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. Mort was cited for Driving on Divided Highways, according to police.
Elk Twp
DUI/crash. According to Warren-based state police, on Saturday, June 11, James M. Colestro, 31, of Warren, and Christian J. Zavinski, 24, of Warren, were involved in a two-vehicle crash. Upon further investigation by PSP, it was determined that both Colestro and Zavinski were driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges have been filed at District Justice Laura Bauer’s office, police said.
Sheffield Twp
Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, on Saturday, July 2, at approximately 2:55 a.m., someone forcibly entered the residence of John Thomas Steele, 55, of Sheffield, through a window on the west side of the residence. Police said that the intruder subjected Steele to a physical altercation and stole money and prescription pills.
Robbery/simple assault/criminal tresspass. According to Warren-based state police, on Sunday, July 3, at approximately 2:31 a.m., Casey Charles McClain, 26, Sheffield, entered the residence of John Thomas Steele, 55, Sheffield, through a window on the west side of the residence. Police said that McClain subjected Steele to a physical altercation in an attempt to steal prescription medication. McClain was charged with robbery, simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief, police said, and was subsequently incarcerated in the Warren County Jail.
Spring Creek Twp
DUI. According to Warren-based state police, on Saturday, May 28, at approximately 9:10 p.m., David W. Campbell, 52, of Spartansburg, was operating a 2005 Yamaha Grizzly 660 ATV that was involved in a crash. Police said that upon further investigation, it was determined that Campbell was driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges are being filed at District Justice Todd Woodin’s office, police said.
Erie County
Theft. According to state police, between Friday, July 1, and Saturday, July 2, someone took two work horse logging harnesses belonging to Rodney Johnson, 42, of Warren, from a job site at Route 89 and Erie County Line Road in Concord Township, Erie. Gas drive-offs. Conewango Township police reported that between June 3 and July 1 an unknown male ommitted five separate gas drive offs from the Warren Mall Kwik Fill, stealing approximately $100 worth of gasoline. The suspect is a white male in his mid-40s, approximately 5′ 10″ and 250 pounds, with very short brown hair. He has been seen wearing khaki shorts with a black and gray polo shirt and drives a new model black four-door sedan. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police department.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on June 30 at 8 p.m. Edward Lee Marchincin, 58, Russell, and a known 17-year-old male, Russell, entered into a verbal argument which turned physical when Marchincin pushed the victim with his hand, causing the victim to fall backwards on a bed, at a single family residence on Fairbanks Rd. A summary charge of harassment was filed against Marchincin through District Justice Laura Bauer.

Cruelty. Animal control officers charged Todd Higgins, 22 Hemlock Rd., on June 6, with one count of cruelty to animals after he failed to provide necessary veterinary care and grooming for a male basset hound. Higgins entered a guilty plea on June 13.
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dylan Hochstine on June 28 at approximately 3:15 p.m. at his residence at 477 Buchanan St. on two bench warrants issued out of District Judge Laura Bauer’s office for failure to pay for fines and costs. Hochstine was taken before District Judge Glenn Carlson and released pending further court action, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Noise. According to City of Warren Police, Tracy Swartz, 47, Warren, was cited for a noise disturbance on June 27 after police were called to his residence regarding dogs barking.
Accident. A 16-year-old male was cited for vehicle turning left following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Market Street and Fourth Avenue on June 28, according to City of Warren Police.
Accident. Linda Scott, 68, Warren, was cited for duties at a stop sign following a two-vehicle accident at Fourth Avenue and Chestnut Street on June 30, according to City of Warren Police.
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies, assisted by the City of Warren Police, arrested Richard Delval on June 29 at approximately 1:46 p.m. at the Warren County Courthouse on a parole/probation warrant issued out of Clarion County for absconding in 2012. He was placed in the Warren County Prison awaiting transport back to Clarion County, according the Sheriff’s Office.

Crash. According to Warren-based state police, on Thursday, June 30 at 8:30 a.m., a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Nathan Lindstrom, 28, Warren, was southbound on Mathews Run Road when it traveled onto the southbound berm before re-entering the roadway where it continued to travel southeast and rotate counter clockwise. The car then entered the northbound lane where Lindstrom attempted to counter steer, and the car then re-entered the southbound lane where it struck a guide rail with its driver’s side, according to police. The car then went airborne traveling approximately ten feet down an embankment, according to police, before hitting the bottom of the embankment with its driver side wheels causing the car to overturn as it traveled another 22 feet. The car then struck a lawn cart and tractor, police said, as it overturned, before coming to rest on its driver’s side facing west. According to police, neither Lindstrom nor his passenger were injured. Seat belts and a child safety seat were used, according to police. Lindstrom was charged with driving vehicle at safe speed, police said.
Conewango Twp.
Accident. According to Conewango Township Police, on June 30 at approximately 9:29 a.m., Lisa Robertson of Warren was traveling east on Warren Commons Drive in a 2015 Subaru Legacy when a 2000 Plymouth Breeze being operated by Charles Gray, Russell, turned left directly into her path, causing a crash. Police said neither Robertson nor Gray were injured, but both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene. Gray was cited for vehicles turning left, according to police.
Glade Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 3 p.m. on June 26 and 6 p.m. on June 27 someone removed a Pelican Trailblazer fishing kayak, green and tan in color, from property on Hemlock Road belonging to Imari B. Nystrom, Warren. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Mead Twp.
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Rothrauff on June 29 at approximately 9:30 a.m. at his residence at 309 Six Mile Road in Tiona on a bench warrant issued out of District Judge Laura Bauer’s office and one bench warrant out of District Judge David Engman’s office in Kane for failure to pay for his fines and costs. Rothrauff was released after paying all warrants in full, according to the Sheriff’s Office
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Whipple on June 29 at approximately 12:30 p.m. at his residence at 22 Keenan St., Clarendon, on two bench warrants issued out of District Judge Laura Bauer’s office and one bench warrant out of District Judge Richard Ireland’s office in Clearfield County for failure to pay for his fines and costs. Whipple was taken before District Judge Bauer and released after satisfying all warrants, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Criminal mischief. According to Warren-based state police, on June 25 between 7:30 and 8 p.m. someone damaged multiple metal gates that limit access to property belonging to Cameron Energy on the oil lease road at the end of Dutchman Run Road. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police at 728-3600.
Pine Grove Twp.
Burglary/criminal mischief. According to Warren-based state police, between June 28 at 1 p.m. and June 29 11:15 a.m., someone entered property belonging to James C. Roberts, 170 Edgewater Lane, through an unknown point of entry and damaged several items within the residence, including cabinet doors, light fixtures and bulbs, drywall, and a ceiling fan. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers. Police said investigation is continuing.
Sheffield Twp.
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley Brown on June 29 at approximately 10:30 a.m. at 17 Tan St., Sheffield, on a bench warrant issued out of District Judge Laura Bauer’s office for failure to pay fines and costs. Brown was taken before Bauer and placed in the Warren County Prison in lieu of bail, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Identity theft. According to Warren-based state police, between Aug. 15, 2015 and June 29, 2016, someone opened bank accounts at a bank in Miami, Fla., with personal information belonging to Trudy Sandberg Kysor, Bush Road.
Erie County
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cassandra R. Morales on June 29 at approximately 1:41 p.m. in Erie on a supervisor’s warrant for violation of her probation/parole supervision. Morales was placed in the Warren County Prison awaiting further court action, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Venango County
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies, with the assistance of the Oil City Police Department, arrested Leslie Ann Prymus in Oil City on June 29 at approximately 5:45 p.m. on a supervisor’s warrant for violation of her probation/parole supervision. Prymus was placed in the Warren County Prison awaiting further court action, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
