A woman has been found dead in a Keating Township, McKean County residence.
Kane-based state police said in a Friday night release that Jenny Marie Keener was “discovered deceased” in the residence at 12 Miller Lane.
Additionally, police said that on Friday at 6 a.m. that “Steven Allen Miller was discovered walking in the yard with a severe head wound.”
Police didn’t speculate on the cause and manner of death, indicating it will be “determined by the coroner at a later date.”
The investigation is ongoing, police said, with further updates to be provided “as the investigation unfolds.”
“Law enforcement does not believe the community is in danger as a result of this incident,” police added.
Miller Lane is roughly six miles north of Smethport.
