Found. A purse was located on Morrison Run and turned into Warren-based state police at 1:50 p.m. Friday. Anyone with “information involving the owner” is asked to contact Trooper Shiley at the Warren barracks or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Pleasant Twp.
DUI. Warren-based state police said they charged Paul E. Corey with DUI, after a traffic stop on Saturday on Route 6 at Main Avenue.
Forest County
Assault. A Tionesta man was charged with assault after a pair of incidents Friday night. According to Marienville-based state police, Scott M. Penatzer, 35, of Tionesta was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, and harassment. Police were initially called to a report of a domestic assault at 7100 Route 62, Apt. 2. According to police, the suspect fled the scene. The female victim reported physical harm and police reported visible injuries. Police said Penatzer later returned to the scene and “began yelling and screaming at the victim.” Police responded again. Penatzer “barricaded himself inside the residence and would not exit,” police said. Police used forced to enter the residence and Penatzer was taken to the Marienville barracks.

Harassment. Pennsylvania State Police charged Robert J. Rutsky, 45, with harassment after responding to a reported verbal and physical altercation at 2:25 a.m. Friday at a residence on Wilson Hill Road.
Chautauqua Co.,
N.Y.
DWI. Jamestown Police charged Shane D. Rodgers, 25, Bear Lake, with DWI after pulling him over for allegedly running a stop light at 3:01 a.m. Thursday in Jamestown. Police said Rodgers failed to pull over and “began reaching in different areas of the car,” when officers first attempted to pull him over. Police also charged Rodgers with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic instrument, open container, and several traffic charges.
Robbery suspect. Police are looking for a suspect in the robbery of two 7-11 stores in Jamestown, N.Y. Jamestown Police said an unknown black man threatened clerks at 2:05 and 3:30 a.m. Friday at two different stores and was given small amounts of cash each time. Police described the suspect as a black man with a light complexion, wearing a black, heavy winter coat with a fur-lined hood, black baggy pants, possibly sweat pants, and white sneakers with a black stripe. False identification. Warren-based state police said on Nov. 18 at 8:49 p.m., a vehicle driven by Virgil Birchird, 33, Warren, was stopped for traffic offenses near Scott Run Road. Birchard allegedly provided false information to law enforcement and charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer for false identification as well as several traffic offenses.
Warren
Fleeing police. According to Warren-based state police, on Nov. 16 at 10:36 p.m., troopers attempted to stop Steven Walters, Warren, for speeding on Route 6 at Scott Run Road. Police said Walters accelerated to a high rate of speed, leading police on a chase exceeding 100 miles per hour, finally coming to a stop on Allegheny Avenue in the City of Warren. Walters was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude police.

Retail theft. Conewango Township police were called to Walmart on Nov. 11 and Nov. 16 for reports of retail thefts. After an investigation, Joshua Haney, 34, and Tammy Ingerson, 41, both of Jamestown, N.Y., were charged with several misdemeanor counts of retail theft for failing to scan $253.14 worth of merchandise on Oct. 15 and $371.15 worth of merchandise on Nov. 14. Police said that the suspects were also charged with misdemeanor corruption of minors. Charges have been filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Crash. Corry-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 426, west of Davis Road, on Nov. 23 at 8:35 a.m. According to police, a 2004 Buick LeSabre, driven by Karen A. Foley, 30, Pittsfield, was traveling west on Route 426. The vehicle slid on the icy roadway and spun into a ditch. Police said the rear end of the vehicle struck the ditch and the vehicle traveled a considerable distance before coming to rest. Police said all involved in the crash, including two juvenile passengers, were wearing seat belts. All three individuals were transported for Warren General Hospital for medical treatment. Police described Foley’s injuries as moderate and those of both juveniles as minor. Police said Foley was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.
Conewango Twp.
Bench warrant. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rodney Baker, Jr., 39, 19 Jackson Run Rd., at about 7:46 p.m. Monday on a bench warrant for failure to appear for court. He was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
Mead Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that they received a report from Marty Meddock Sr. 59, Warren, that someone broke into his home between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Nov. 22 and stole a class ring and some loose change. Pittsfield Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on Nov. 19 at 7:15 a.m. a known adult male from Garland attempted to wake his son, a juvenile male, for school. Police said the juvenile then struck the adult in the face two times. As a result a non-traffic citation was filed through District Justice Art Zerbe for harassment. Police said no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
Clarendon
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that on Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. that Keith Retterer, Clarendon, asked a known 50-year-old male, Sheffield, to go and pick up his medication at Crone’s Drug Store in Warren at 10 a.m. At 4:20 p.m., police said the suspect had not returned to the victim’s residence with the medication and noted that the victim was not able to get in contact with the suspect at which point he called police to report the medications as stolen..
Youngsville
Charged. Youngsville Borough Police report that Joseph Hensley, 20, Youngsville, has been charged after and investigation revealed that he had sexual intercourse with a known 15-year old female without her consent and by force. Police said the offense occurred on Saturday, Aug. 8, at Hensley’s apartment. He is currently in the Warren County Jail awaiting court proceedings.

Retail theft. Conewango Township Police reported that at 2:52 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, Robyn Jayne Means-Smith was arrested after using a self-checkout register at WalMart where police said she intentionally failed to scan $27.12 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying for the items. She was charged with retail theft.
Theft by unlawful taking. Conewango Township Police reported that at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, Vanessa Renee Stivers, Warren, was arrested for allegedly stealing $220 from the cash registers over her six-month employment. She was charged with one count of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking.
Mead Twp.
Harassment. State police report that at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, Gregory Charles Markham, 31, Mead Twp. entered into a verbal argument with a known victim at a private residence in Wilderness Park. Police said the argument escalated when Markham hit the victim and punched a hole in the victim’s wall. Markham was charged with harassment and criminal mischief through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Pine Grove Twp.
Theft. State police report that sometime between noon Friday, Nov. 6, and noon Friday, Nov. 20, someone cut a tree on Collins Company property on Big four Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-832-7463.

Disorderly conduct. According to City of Warren Police, a fight between two females led to Taylor Depto, 22, Warren, being cited for disorderly conduct and harassment, while Francis Suppa, 22, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct.
Bad checks. Courtney Tremblay, 36, Youngsville, was charged with bad checks, City of Warren Police reported, after a check for $308 was returned for non-sufficient funds on Nov. 17.
Theft. City of Warren Police said two juveniles were charged with retail theft after personnel at Thorne’s Bilo reported they had attempted to leave the store without paying for $14.83 worth of merchandise.
Clarendon
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between Oct. 27 and Nov. 17 someone removed 12 single pane storm windows from an unlocked storage shed in the backyard of 30 Anchor St. belonging to Sheryl Renee Devaul. Conewango Twp.
Hit and run. On Nov. 20 at 11:20 a.m. a red pick-up truck, unknown make or model, struck and destroyed a mailbox located at 414 S. State St. Anyone with information is asked to contact Conewango Township police.
Southwest Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. on Tidioute-Enterprise Rd. Police said the crash occurred as Wanda L. Vincent, Tidioute, was operating a four-door car southbound and struck a tractor-trailer operated by Robert L. Petry, Grove City. Police said the tractor-trailer was disabled, partially in the southbound lane of travel, at the time of the accident. Police said Vincent was transported to Titusville Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. Petry reported no injuries. Assisting police on scene were Grand Valley ambulance as well as Grand Valley and Pleasantville volunteer firefighters.
Youngsville
Assault. A 15-year-old female student from Youngsville High School is being charged with assault, harassment and disorderly conduct by Youngsville Borough police after she punched another student in the face causing injuries on Nov. 10 during school hours. Police were contacted to investigate the alleged offense and said the victim was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital. Charges will be filed with the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department.
Theft. Youngsville Borough police reported that a female from 37 1/2 Ford St. said sometime after dark and before 6 a.m.. someone stole her motion lights from her front door area. Police are looking for information of a prowler in the area late in the evening of Nov. 19. Police said the value of the lights is approximately $20.
Chautauqua County,
N.Y.
Cocaine sales. An ongoing investigation into the sales and trafficking of cocaine into the Jamestown, N.Y., area led investigators from the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team to execute a search warrant at the basement of 20 Bush Street at 4:08 p.m. on Nov. 18. Entry was gained into the location with the assistance of the Jamestown Police Department’s SWAT team and, once inside, investigators located a quantity of cocaine, cash and prescription pills. Investigators have charged Maurice E. Cheatom, 21, Buffalo, with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Cheatom is in the city jail awaiting arraignment.
Sheffield Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a three-vehicle accident on Nov. 20 at 8:20 a.m. on Route 6 approximately 2.5 miles east of Horton Ave. A vehicle driven by Andrea M. Grolemund, Kane, was traveling west while a vehicle driven by Jennifer L. Moore, Kane, was traveling behind Grolemund. Grolemund was stopping for another crash which had occurred shortly before and Moore was also coming to a stop. Police said a vehicle driven by Tasha M. Howell, Kane, was also traveling west and struck the back of Moore’s vehicle, causing a chain reaction where Moore’s vehicle then struck Grolemund. Police said Howell was transported to Kane Regional Hospital for moderate injuries and that no other injuries were reported as a result of the crash. State police were assisted on scene by Sheffield and Cherry Grove volunteer firefighters.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 6 approximately 2.5 miles east of Horton Avenue at 8:15 a.m. Friday. Police said a vehicle driven by Angelo Hall, Ludlow, was traveling east on Route 6 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the center line and westbound lane of traffic. Police said Hall’s vehicle then struck an embankment on the north side of the roadway, causing the vehicle to roll onto its driver’s side. Police said Hall was transported to Hamot Medical Center, Erie, for the treatment of serious injuries. The investigation is continuing.

Assault. Corry-based state police reported that Kyle Hepler, 27, Corry, is accused of assaulting and injuring a known 49-year-old female and a known 25-year-old female at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 16 on David Road. Police said Hepler fled the scene before troopers arrived. An arrest warrant has been issued for Hepler. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police.

Twp.
Criminal mischief. Conewango Township police said that on Oct. 29 Jarred Elliot Danielson, Warren, fired a crossbow bolt into the Spruce Court Trailer Park in the direction of several residences. Police said the bolt subsequently struck the bedroom window of Bryan Gage’s residence and penetrated the window screen, glass and mini blinds before striking the headboard of Gage’s bed. Police said Danielson was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Liquor violation. The Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement filed charges against Rolling Express Tobacco LLC, 1680 Market St., North Warren, after the establishment allegedly sold alcoholic beverages after its malt beverage license expired.
Theft. Conewango Township Police charged a juvenile male with retail theft after he allegedly took a Playstation 3 Dual Shock controlled valued at $58.26 from Walmart without paying at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13.
Theft. Conewango Township Police charged Dawn Smith, 44, of Sugar Grove, with retail theft after being called on Wednesday, Nov. 11, to investigate a theft that allegedly occurred on Oct. 4.
Glade Twp.
Harassment. Pennsylvania State Police charged Kerri M. Bair, 29, of Warren, and Courtney M. Dingle, 20, of Erie, with harassment after they were allegedly involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday on Holly Street, Glade Township. Police said charges on both were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Crash. A Corry man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Route 426 in Columbus Township Saturday. According to state police, Jedadiah Morningstar, 28, of Corry, suffered a minor injury after he lost control of his car which went into a ditch and rolled onto its roof at 2 a.m. near Scotts Crossing Road. Police said Morningstar left the scene. He was charged with a violation of roadways laned for traffic.
Conewango Twp.
Harassment. According to police, Paul K. Langill, 27, Warren, threatened to punch a 29-year-old male in the face on Nov. 13 at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Warren State Hospital. The harassment charge was filed through District Justice Laura Bauer.
Pittsfield Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between Nov. 13 and Nov. 14 someone drove a motorized vehicle through a white vinyl fence owned by Robert Brace, Waterford, located on Kane Rd. The tracks appeared to be left by either an ATV or a side-by-side 4×4 vehicle. Some parts left in the debris indicated that the vehicle was possibly a Honda. Crash. According to Conewango Township Police, on Nov. 14 at approximately 3:10 p.m., Brooke E. Morton, 23, Panama, NY, was involved in a single-vehicle crash near 1429 Yankee Bush Road. Morton was traveling south on Yankee Bush when she swerved to miss a deer in the roadway, police said. Morton’s vehicle traveled along a ditch on the south bound side of the road and struck a downed tree, police reported. The vehicle then continued over a steep embankment and finally came to rest in some overgrowth, police said. Morton’s vehicle sustained moderate damage from impacting the tree and deploying the airbag system, police said. Morton was transported to Warren General Hospital by Youngsville EMS to be evaluated, police reported. Morton was cited by Conewango Police for having an expired registration.
Harassment. Conewango Township Police reported that on Nov. 14, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a Warren State Hospital employee entered a room occupied by Paul K. Langill, 27, Warren, who then spit on the victim’s face. Langill was cited for harassment through District Justice Laura Bauer.
Deerfield Twp.
Criminal mischief. State police reported that between Nov. 6 and Nov. 9 on Olde River Road, an unidentified 68-year-old female, Tidioute, found a small caliber bullet hole in the left rear door of her 2011 Honda CRV. Police said total damaged property is still being determined. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Harassment. According to state police, on Nov. 11 at around 8:20 a.m., Marcus A. Mattson, 18, and a known 14-year-old male were involved in a verbal altercation that became physical at Eisenhower High School. Police said both were cited for harassment.
Southwest Twp.
Car fire. State police reported that on Nov. 13 around 7:15 p.m., Bethany A. Daffern, 22, Pittsburgh, was driving her 1997 Subaru Outback near 18410 Route 27 when she and her four passengers heard a grinding sound in the back of the vehicle and could smell burning rubber. Daffern stopped on the east side of the road to inspect the vehicle and saw a small fire near the rear differential, police said. An unidentified motorist stopped and helped extinguish the fire with bottled water, police said. Daffern and her passengers were not injured.

Theft. Jack Young, 59, Warren, was cited for retail theft by City of Warren Police following the investigation into the theft of newspapers on Oct. 31.
Charged. Shawn Dubiel, 43, Warren, was charged with pharmacy act unlawful activities – by City of Warren Police on Nov. 9, following an investigation into an incident that occurred in October.
Crash. Joshua Benjamin, 28, Irvine, was cited for right of way of pedestrians in crosswalks by City of Warren Police following an accident at Fifth and Conewango avenues where a pedestrian was struck.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Arrest. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office made a warrant arrest after a traffic stop at 3:30 p.m. Friday on Route 957 in Sugar Grove Township. According to deputies, Brandy Bose, 29, of 16570 Route 957, Lottsville, was taken to Warren County jail on a warrant for failure to appear for plea court and faces several traffic citations.

Liquor law violation. The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement Erie reported that on July 14 The Cornerstone, 308 Pennsylvania Ave. E. sold, furnished and/or gave or permitted such sale, furnishing or giving of alcoholic beverages to a 19-uear-old minor. Police said the charges were brought before an administrative law judge who fined The Cornerstone $700 and ordered that it comply with the requirements of the Liquor Code pertaining to the Responsible Alcohol Management Program and must remain in compliance for one year.
Freehold Twp.
Burglary. Corry-based state police reported that someone entered a residence belonging to Brandy Bose, 29, Bear Lake, located on Route 957, and stole several items totaled in value at $1,500. Police said the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Youngsville
Burglary. Youngsville Borough Police are investigating a burglary that occurred on Thursday, Nov. 12 sometime between noon and 3 p.m. Someone went through the back door of a residence on Highland Avenue and stole an HP laptop, $50 in cash, two debit/credit cards and some prescription pills. Farmington Twp.
Disorderly conduct. According to Warren-based state police, on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 12:46 p.m. at Eisenhower High School, Nyren Lamaun Wilson, 18, Sugar Grove, along with a known 16-year-old juvenile of Sugar Grove, refused to follow school policies and staff directives. Police said the accused became disruptive, shouting and using profane language, creating an environment unconducive to learning. Wilson was charged with disorderly conduct through District Justice Laura Bauer while police said a written allegation was filed against the juvenile for disorderly conduct through Warren County Juvenile Probation.
Simple assault. State police reported that on Oct. 2 at 8:30 p.m. at the Eisenhower High School football field, two known male juveniles mutually engaged in a physical altercation. A juvenile allegation was filed against both juveniles with the juvenile authority.
Mead Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police said between Aug. 25 and Nov. 1 in the area of Chapman Dam Road, Jesse Lee Copley, 34, Sheffield, sent multiple messages to a known 22-year-old female over a two-month span after being warned to stop. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Sheffield Twp.
Underage drinking. Warren-based state police said on Saturday, Nov. 7, at approximately 3:05 a.m. on a dirt road near Tionesta Street a trooper came into contact with Jeremiah James Anderson, 18, Clarendon; Taylor Nicole Eckstrom, 18, Kane; and Megan Nichole Durante, 19, Kane, during an accident investigation. Police said it was determined all three were under the influence at the time of the incident. Anderson, Eckstrom and Durante were all cited with underage drinking through District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office, while Anderson was also cited for public drunkenness.
Underage drinking. According to Warren-based state police, during an accident investigation on Saturday, Nov. 7, at approximately 3:05 a.m. on a dirt road near Tionesta Street and Willow Street, an unrelated truck was found and Andrew Jacob Zuzek Jr., 19, Kane, was found to be in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana. Police said he was also found to be intoxicated and that charges were filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Youngsville
DUI. Youngsville Borough Police reported that on Saturday, Nov. 10, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Joshua Dyke, 24, North Carolina, was arrested by Youngsville Police for driving under the influence after Dyke was stopped for a traffic violation. Police said he also had a bench warrant for his arrest and was transported to Warren County Jail where he was incarcerated. Charges will be filed through District Justice Arthur Zerbe’s office.
Jamestown, N.Y.
Robbery. Jamestown Police arrested Noel Vellon, 31, of Jamestown on Monday and charged him with two counts of second-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree menacing. Police said Vellon entered the 7-11 store on East Second Street at 4 a.m. Sunday and again at 3:41 a.m. Monday and used a handgun to rob the store each time. Police recovered an airsoft replica handgun believed to have been used into the robberies. Vellon was taken to Jamestown City Jail.

Public drunkenness. According to police, on Nov. 3, Andrew Miles, 50, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness after he was located on the street in an intoxicated state.
Disorderly conduct. On Nov. 3, Cody Hennessey, 26, and Destin Ecker, 20, both of Warren, were both cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of a fight, police reported.
Terroristic threats. Police said a report of a male making threats on Nov. 5 led to Andrew Miles, 50, Warren, being charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Theft. Brennen Smith, 18, Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at night, following an investigation by police on Nov. 8, police said. He was placed in the Warren County Jail on an emergency commitment, according to police.
Terroristic threats. According to police, Robert Siltman, 42, Warren, was charged with terroristic threats, possession of drug paraphernalia , disorderly conduct and harassment after police responded to a domestic dispute. He was reportedly placed in the Warren County Jail on an emergency commitment.
Warrant arrest. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported that on Nov. 9 at approximately 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Mason R. Brown, 19, Corry, for failure to appear for plea court. Brown was reportedly incarcerated in the Warren County Jail for further court action.
Columbus Twp.
DUI. Corry-based state police said on Nov. 6 on Sample Flats Road, Ronald James Konkol Jr., 42, Corry, crashed his vehicle into a ditch. Police said further investigation revealed Konkol had been drinking and charges for DUI are pending.
Pittsfield Twp.
Theft. Pennsylvania State Police reported that on Nov. 5 at approximately 7 a.m., someone stole several tools from outside a garage on Eldred Center Road without consent of the owner. Police said the suspect also took a hood louver from a broken-down vehicle on the property as well. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Youngsville
Theft. According to state police, between Oct. 9 and Nov. 9, someone stole a 2015 backhoe/front loader tractor and a 2015 zero-turn lawn mower from the property of Kubota Inc. on Route 6. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Retail theft. On Nov. 7 at 4:40 p.m. Walmart Loss Prevention personnel stopped Dawn M. Smith, 44, Sugar Grove, attempting to leave Walmart in North Warren with $37.17 worth of merchandise without paying. Subsequently, Conewango Township police cited Smith with summary retail theft.

Theft. Conewango Township Police report that sometime between 9:45 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 4, someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked at 1818 Pennsylvania Ave. W. and removed $40 in cash, cigarettes and a controlled prescription medicine. Criminal trespass. Conewango Township Police report that at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 6, WalMart Loss Prevention personnel witnessed Jonathon Ray Smith, Warren, shopping in the store after he had been given notice of trespass advising him that he was not to be on the premises. Police subsequently charged him with criminal trespass.
Harassment. According to police, at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 29, DeeDee Joy Marshall, 23, Warren, entered into a verbal argument with Megan Victoria Jewell, 26, Warren, at Warren State Hospital. Police said the argument became physical and Marshall hit Jewell with an open hand.

Simple assault. Warren-based state police report that at 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 5 on Howard Road, Kim Ann Sherer, 55, Russell, became involved in a verbal disagreement that resulted in physical contact with a known 19-year-old female. Police said the victim sustained injuries as a result of the altercation. The accused was placed in the Warren County Jail on an emergency commitment and charged with simple assault and harassment through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office. She was arraigned on Nov. 5 via video before District Justice Miller, and bail was set at $5,500.

Hit and run. Warren-base state police report that at1:57 p.m. on Oct. 31, Daniel Clair Taylor Jr., 36, Jamestown, N.Y., fled the scene of a crash on Stoney Run Road, north of Drake Road. The investigation revealed the accused to be the driver. Charges of accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, along with other appropriate vehicle code violations were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Youngsville Borough
Harassment by communication. Youngsville Borough Police report that David Shaffer, 62, Youngsville, has been charged with harassment by communication after police learned that he had mailed invite cards to five Warren County School District buildings from September to October 2015, knowing this would cause annoyance, alarm or harassment to the victims. Police said Shaffer, a former employee of the school district, has allegedly been harassing one of the victims since his leave of absence. Charges have been filed with District Justice Arthur Zerbe’s office.

Terroristic threats. State police said at 10:40 p.m. Oct. 30, Patrick Kiser, unreported, made threats to an unreported victim. Kiser was interviewed by police, police said, and made similar statements to police about the victim. Charges were filed through District Judge Glenn Carlson.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that on Oct. 25 at 12:49 a.m. Clark Edward Russ, 53, Russell, was observed committing a traffic violation on Third Ave. at its intersection with East St. Police said Russ was arrested for DUI with charges to be filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.
Brokenstraw Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Oct. 26 at 10:07 p.m. on Murray Hill Rd. west of Laugar Rd. A 2010 Ford F-150, driven by Trent T. Bojansky, Middleburg Heights, Oh., crossed the eastbound lane, leaving the roadway before rolling over onto its side and hitting a tree with the roof. Police said that Bojansky was determined to be under the influence of alcohol during the incident and was charged with DUI. Bojansky and a passenger, Kenneth E. Zikrush, 46, Naples, Fl., were not injured. Bob’s Garage towed the vehicle from the scene.

Retail theft. On Nov. 1 at 4:50 p.m. Walmart Loss Prevention stopped Rosalee A. Renninger, 49, Russell, attempting to leave the store with merchandise valued at $32.91 before paying. Subsequently, Conewango Township Police filed charges against Renninger with District Justice Laura Bauer’s office for retail theft.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 6 a.m. on Nov. 1 someone shot a picture window belonging to James A. Yencik, Timothy Ave., with a BB gun causing damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 1 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 11:15 a.m. on Oct. 31 after two individuals checked out of room #7 at the Rest Stop 6 Inn in Tiona a white 2.5 foot cubic refrigerator was reported missing. Police said that the investigation continues and that anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Theft. Warren-based state police is investigating a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred Sr. 27 west of Double D’s sometime between 11 a.m. on Oct. 30 and 2 a.m. on Oct. 31. Someone gained access to a vehicle and removed a purse belonging to Kari Rhae Louise Ireland, Corry. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Crime Stoppers.

Warren-based state police reported that sometime between 8:35 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 2 someone gained entrance to a residence belonging to Katherine Jo Little, Sugar Grove, located on Old State Rd. and removed property without the consent of the owner. Police said that the investigation continues and that anyone with information should contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

DUI. Sara Throckmorton, 23, Bridgeville, was charged with DUI-General Impairment, DUI- Highest Rate, Restriction on Alcohol Beverages and Turning Movements and Required Signals, on Oct. 18 following a traffic stop.
Public Drunkenness. Clarence Johnson Jr., 52, Warren, was cited for Public Drunkenness on Oct. 31 after police responded to a report of a male walking in the roadway.
Accident. Richard Surgens, 45, Sheffield, was cited for Limitations on Backing and Drivers Required to be licensed following a two-car accident in a parking lot on Oct. 31.
Accident. Phyllis Edmiston, 66, Warren, was cited for Vehicle Entering or Crossing Roadway following a two-vehicle accident at Pennsylvania Ave. and Cedar St. on Nov. 2.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that sometime between June 1 and Nov. 2 at 4 p.m. someone entered a shed belonging to Debra Burleigh, Warren, located on Shady Ridge Road, and removed a Yard Machine 5-hp leaf blower and a bin filled with copper wire. Harassment. Warren-based state have cited a known 16-year-old female, of Sheffield Township, with harassment after she subjected a known 14-year-old, also of Sheffield Township, to unwanted physical contact. Police said a non-traffic citation was filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.
Crawford County
Retail theft. Corry-based state police reported on Tuesday that troopers invested a “retail theft type incident” at Walmart in Titusville that occurred on Sept. 21 between 12:12 p.m. and 1:02 p.m. Police said Michael Matthew Downey, 49, Warren, concealed store merchandise and left the store without paying for it. The value of the item was $199. Police said Downey will be charged with retail theft through Crawford County District Justice Amy Nicols’ office.

Theft. According to Corry-based state police, sometime between 6 a.m. and 9:38 p.m. on Oct. 30, someone stole a silver 2004 Dodge 3500 pickup truck from 1100 Porter Hill Road. The investigation is ongoing pending further information.
Glade Twp.
Criminal mischief. According to state police, between 5 p.m. Oct. 26 and 8 a.m. Oct. 27, someone shot a BB gun multiple times at the home of Martin Smith, Warren, striking the living room window twice as well as the molding outside the window. Liquor law violation. State police reported that on July 14, Double D’s sold alcohol to a 19-year-old. The establishment was fined $1,800.
