22 pleas entered during arraignment court

Four defendants entered guilty pleas, 18 entered not guilty pleas and an bench warrant was issued for another during arraignment and plea court proceedings on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Jeremei L. Banks, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, driving vehicle at safe speed and driving while under suspension. Counts of DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, operating vehicle without valid inspection and restraint systems were not prosecuted.
Christopher B. Rockwell, Warren, to simple assault. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.
Michael B. Baxter, Russell, guilty to possession of controlled substance and public drunkenness. A count of disorderly conduct and persons not to possess, use, etc. firearms were not prosecuted.
Gary L. McGregor, Warren, to counts of escape, resisting arrest or other law enforcement and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function. An additional count of escape was withdrawn.
Garrett V. Passel, Warren, to a count of simple assault. An additional count of simple assault, aggravated assault and harassment were not prosecuted.
The following entered not guilty pleas:
Twila K. Bush, Warren. Bush has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Christopher L. Gage, Warren. Gage has been charged with statutory sexual assault four to eight years older, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
Christina L. Harris, Warren. Harris has been charged with theft by deception and bad checks.
Alex C. Jesson, Warren. Jesson has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Kendra Lawson, Warren. Lawson has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Karl R. Malinowski, Warren. Malinowski has been charged with receiving stolen property.
Alexander R. Marvin, Warren. Marvin has been charged with burglary not adapted for overnight, criminal trespass enter structure and theft by unlawful taking.
Travis L. McIntyre, Youngsville. McIntyre has been charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy (burglary) and simple assault.
Randy J. Miller, Russell. Miller has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) first offense, traffic control signals, driving vehicle at safe speed and driver required to be licensed.
James E. Mosher, Warren. Mosher has been charged with two counts of indecent assault and one count of aggravated indecent assault.
Christopher C. Nelson, Tiona. Nelson has been charged with criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. On an additional docket, Nelson pleaded not guilty to counts of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Andrew L. Nygren, Jamestown, NY. Nygren has been charged with possession small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance schedule one first offense and corruption of minors.
Paul D. Ploss, Warren. Ploss has been charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Brian W. Smith, Warren. Smith has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, accident involving death/injury not property licensed, driving while under suspension, required financial responsibility, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and restraint systems.
Jacob M. Spinney, Youngsville. Spinney has been charged with burglary overnight accommodation, person present, criminal conspiracy (burglary) and simple assault.
Dustin J. Sullivan, Warren. Sullivan has been charged with recklessly endangering another person, defiant trespass, criminal mischief, simple assault, harassment and burglary overnight accommodation, person present.
Allison M. Turner, Jamestown, NY. Turner has been charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, credit cards, theft from a motor vehicle and access device fraud.
Chrissie M. Youngquist, Sugar Grove. Youngquist has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed and careless driving.
A bench warrant was issued for Brandon J. Fox, Youngsville. Fox has been charged with possesion small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, driving unregistered vehicle, driver required to be licensed, fail to notify change in address, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving and reckless driving.
