Youngsville
Burglary. It was reported to Youngsville Borough police on May 14 that someone entered a residence on Ranger Way in Youngsville and stole over $150.00 in quarters and an undetermined amount in quarters from 1960 and older that were in a separate container. No forced entry was made, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Youngsville police.
Public intoxication. Youngsville Borough police reported that Anthony Pollaro, 22, Titusville was taken into custody by Youngsville police on May 15 around 2:50 p.m. for being under the influence of a controlled substance near Railroad St. Pollaro was later taken to Warren General Hospital for treatment. Charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Freehold Twp.
Crash. Corry-based state police reported that on May 28 at 9:45 p.m. a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by Rachel Byler, Corry, was traveling west on SR 957 east of Happy Town Road when Byler failed to maintain control of the vehicle, crossing the centerline and traveling into a field on the south side of the roadway. The vehicle continued in the field and struck a ditch. Upon impact with the ditch, the vehicle became airborne. When landing, the vehicle proceeded to roll over two times before coming to final rest on the driver’s side facing east. Byler, who was cited for roadways laned for traffic, was transported to Hamot Hospital by Star Flight with what police described as “major injury.”
Pleasant Twp.
DUI. Youngsville police reported that Michael Kaminski 59, of Arnold, Pa., was arrested on May 25 at 12:50 a.m. by Warren County DUI Task Force officers. A witness called police reporting they saw a male drive a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed on Pleasant Dr. and turn into Country Fair. When officers arrived they found the subject to be impaired by a controlled substance. He was taken into custody.
DUI. Youngsville police reported that Nicholas Suscheck 36, of Girard, Pa., was arrested Sat. evening at 11:12 p.m. in Pleasant Twp. on Forest Service Rd. 437 by US Forest Service Agents after he was stopped for riding his unregistered off road Kawasaki in an area off limits to dirt bikes. It was determined the subject was impaired and he was taken into custody. A Warren County DUI Task Force officer filed the charges.

Public drunkenness. City of Warren Police reported that William Berry, 49, Warren was cited for public drunkenness after police received a report of a male running into traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue West on May 16 at 7:42 p.m.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police reported that a 17-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct after police received a report of a fight on May 20 at 6:30 p.m.
Crash. City of Warren Police reported that Zachariah Sobkowski, 30, Warren was cited for immediate notice of accident and proper class of license required following a one vehicle accident at Hemlock Road and Stoney Lonesome Road on May 19 where he crashed his motorcycle. Police said the accident was reported on May 20 after he sought medical attention.
Prohibited acts. City of Warren Police reported that Jason Haight, 24, Warren, was charged with prohibited acts when he attempted to have a prescription for a controlled substance filled that had already been filled.
Theft. City of Warren Police reported that Tyler Humes, 22, Warren was charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon on May 22 following a report that he had forcefully taken money from a victim. Humes was taken into custody on a felony warrant on May 23 and arraigned before District Justice Miller and remanded to the Warren County Jail on $50,000 bail. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and false identification to law enforcement stemming from the warrant arrest.
Crash. City of Warren Police reported that Jessica Lester, 23, Warren, was cited for traffic control signals and careless driving following a two-car accident at Fourth Avenue and Hickory Street on May 24 at 12:53 p.m.
Open burning. City of Warren Police reported that Diana Means, 48, Warren, was cited for open burning on May 25 after a complaint was made about burning. Police said she was found to be burning garbage.
Charged. City of Warren Police reported that Tracy Coursey, 42, Warren was charged with recklessly endangering another person, false reports, disorderly conduct and discharge of a firearm prohibited on May 25 after police received a report of gun fire at 1009 Pennsylvania Ave. E. at 11:30 p.m. She was arraigned before District Justice Miller and placed in the Warren County Jail on $2,500 bail. Trey Coursey, 20, Warren, was charged with possession of a weapon, hindering apprehension or prosecution conceal weapon and hindering apprehension false information to law enforcement in the same incident. He was also arraigned before District Justice Miller and remanded to the Warren County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Public drunkenness. City of Warren Police reported that Alexander Berg, 23, Warren was cited for public drunkenness on May 26 at 9:48 a.m. after officers responded to a report that a male was urinating in the roadway at Water Street and Fourth Avenue.
Crash. City of Warren Police reported that Christina Rearick, 36, Byrnedale, PA was cited with duty of driver in emergency response areas following a traffic accident on Liberty Street, on May 27 at 9:30 a.m. after failing to pass an emergency response area in a careful and prudent manner.
Conewango Twp.
Retail theft. Conewango Township police reported that on May 28 at 6:18 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft complaint. A juvenile was observed by loss prevention personnel concealing $82.32 worth of merchandise while attempting to leave the store without paying. A non-traffic citation has been filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Farmington Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on May 26 at 4:10 p.m. Joshua J. Stillwell, 32, Warren, allegedly shoved the victim, a known 23-year-old female, also of Warren, at a private residence on Jackson Run Road. Stillwell will answer to a charge of harassment filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Columbus Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police said a 17-year-old male was driving on Stewart Road at 1:28 p.m. on May 24 when he hit a bump in the road and lost control of his 2002 Chevrolet Impala. The vehicle traveled off the road and traveled 97 feet down an embankment and hit a concrete barrier before going airborne and traveling an additional 25 feet while spinning clockwise. The vehicle came to a rest in a creek. Police said the driver was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured.
Pleasant Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police said military campaign markers placed at the graves of military veterans in Oakland Cemetery were stolen between May 23 and 27. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Triumph Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police said on May 27 at 3:20 p.m. Joshua Tome, 31, Warren, was driving a 1985 Mack RD688S east on Route 127 west of Tidioute Borough when a front tire blew and he lost control of the vehicle. Tome struck a guard rail and overturned on its side. Tome was hauling chunks of concrete that spilled from the back of the truck and damaged a utility pole, chain link fence and building. Police said no injuries were reported.

Brokenstraw Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police said on May 25 at 2:15 a.m. Kiefer Weilacher, 19, Youngsville, was eastbound on Route 6 in a 1994 Ford Ranger when he allegedly fell asleep and drifted off the roadway into a roadside drainage ditch. The vehicle traveled 310 feet before coming to a rest. The vehicle sustained minor damage. Police said Weilacher received two traffic citations and a criminal citation for underage drinking.
Conewango Twp.
Bad check. Conewango Township police said on May 26 Roxanne Hitchcock of Oil City was taken into custody for issuing a bad check to the Kinzua Country Auction for $440 on Feb. 11.
Freehold Twp.
Following too closely. Corry-based state police said on May 24 at 5:48 p.m. on Route 957, west of Forest Hill Road, a 2012 Dodge 2500 driven by Daniel Smith, 37, Sugar Grove, was approaching an Amish buggy and his vehicle was rear-ended when slowing down by a 2002 Ford F-350 driven by Kody L. Braswell, 20, Bear Lake. Police said Braswell was charged with following too closely. The vehicle sustained heavy front end damage. Braswell and a passenger were not injured. Smith sustained minor injury and two passengers in the vehicle were transported to Corry Hospital for minor injuries.
Pleasant Twp.
Harassment/disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police said on May 25 at 12:30 a.m. on River Valley Road a 26-year-old suspect from Cabot, Pa. had been involved in an argument when he pushed a 44-year-old victim from Irvine at a party with several adults and children present with his pants pulled down and exposed his buttocks. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.
Theft. Warren-based state police said between 7 p.m. May 12 and 2:30 p.m. May 23 someone stole the memorial markers from several grave sites throughout St. Joseph Cemetery. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Sheffield Twp.
Fleeing/eluding DUI. Warren-based state police said on May 24 at 11:53 p.m. near Horton Avenue and Center Street, Luke McCracken, 18, Tiona, committed a traffic violation and failed to stop for a police officer with emergency lights and sirens activated. McCracken was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody for fleeing and eluding and DUI. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Underage drinking. Warren-based state police said on May 25 at 12:09 a.m. at Barnes Street in Sheffield, four 16-year-olds were found to be under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Sugar Grove
Crash. Warren-based state police said on May 21 at 3:15 p.m. at the parking lot at the intersection of Forest Street and Main Street an Oldsmobile Bravada was backing out of a parking space and backed into the rear door of a legally parked 2010 Toyota Corolla causing minor damage. Police said the driver of the Oldsmobile left the scene traveling east toward Route 957 without exchanging information with the other driver.
Theft. Warren-based said on May 24 at 1:30 a.m. Paul Beedle, Sugar Grove, allegedly broke into a utility trailer and stole numerous tools. Police said a witness later identified the suspect to them . The investigation continues.

Reckless driving. Warren-based state police said Adam J. Penley, 30, Youngsville, was driving a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 on Route 27, approximately a half mile south of Murray Hill Road, at 1:48 a.m. May 23 when he traveled approximately 235 feet off the east side of the road and struck a utility pole and paper box. Police said the vehicle continued north for approximately 120 feet and struck a roadway mile marker sign, then traveled another 12 feet before striking a utility pole. Police said the vehicle continued to travel across two private driveways and hit two newspaper boxes before striking a third utility pole, then traveled another 120 feet before hitting a fourth utility pole. Police said the vehicle then crossed the northbound and southbound lanes of traffic for 165 feet and left the west side of the roadway, traveled another 45 feet before striking a fifth utility pole and stopped with the utility pole on top of the vehicle. Police said Penley sustained minor injury and was charged with 14 traffic citations.
Conewango Twp.
Bad check. Conewango Township police said on Saturday, May 24 that William Patrick Kramer, 1500 Jackson Run Rd., was charged for failing to have sufficient funds in his checking account to pay for an electronic check that was issued to the North Warren Municipal Authority in April.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Raymond Ruzich, 41, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 9 following an investigation into an incident that occurred on March 15.
Possession. Warren City Police reported that William McKenzie, 19 Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking on May 18 after police responded to a disturbance on Prospect Street at 1:02 a.m. on May 5.
DUI. Warren City Police reported that Dennis Schwone, 32, Warren, was charged with DUI .16 percent or higher, DUI general impairment and possession of drug paraphernalia after it was reported that a vehicle was blocking northbound and southbound traffic on Prospect Street on May 10 at 1:20 a.m.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that William Turfitt, 21, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on May 10 after police responded to a report of a man walking down the middle of Market Street at 3:22 a.m.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that Levi Shafer, 24, Pittsfield, was cited for following too closely after a two-vehicle accident on May 12 at 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue E. and Parker Street.
Arrested. Warren City Police reported that Marty Sisco Jr., 23, St. Marys, was taken into custody at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue W. and Hickory Street on a warrant from Elk County Probation on May 15 at 12:05 a.m. Police said Sisco was remanded to the Warren County Prison to be held for Elk County.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that Stephen Gardner, 32, Warren, was cited for careless driving on May 15 following a one-vehicle accident on Conewango Avenue at 7:15 p.m.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Tyler Whitney, 21, Sheffield, was cited for public drunkenness on May 16 after a complaint was received about an intoxicated male in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue W. and Market Street at 8:20 p.m.
Harassment. Warren City Police said Steven Swick, 41, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 18 after a report of a previous domestic dispute was received by officers.
Brokenstraw Twp.
Interference with custody of children. Warren-based state police reported that between May 2 and May 4 Josh L. Anderson, 33, Youngsville, took the victim, a 16-year-old female, to a local motel without the permission or consent of the victim’s parent. Charges were filed, including interference with custody of children and corruption of minors, at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office in Youngsville. An arrest warrant was issued and Anderson was located. He was transported to Lindemuth’s office for arraignment and bail was set at $50,000. Anderson was committed to the Warren County Jail.
Columbus Twp.
Harassment. Corry-based state police reported that between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m. on May 16 a 14-year-old male was riding his bicycle on Baccus Corners Road when Vincent Jay Puckly, 47, began to shout expletives towards the juvenile from his front porch. Police said the juvenile became alarmed and rode his bicycle away from the location. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Sugar Grove
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone removed a concrete planter base from the front of the business at 121 Main St., without the consent of the owner during overnight hours May 18 to May 19. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stopppers.

Warrant arrest. Edward C. Thornton, 35, Warren County Jail, was arrested by Pennsylvania State constables at 1 p.m. Monday on a charge of harassment with physical contact. Thornton was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and returned to the jail.
Disorderly. Tika Smith, 27, Clarendon, was cited for disorderly conduct after City of Warren police responded to a report of a woman threatening to harm another person at a Pennsylvania Avenue East residence at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 4.
Disorderly. Travis Barnett, 26, was cited for disorderly conduct after City of Warren police responded to a report of a disturbance near a Pennsylvania Avenue East residence at 8:59 a.m. Monday, May 5.
Crash. Theo Warham, 35, Tidioute, was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic after a one-vehicle crash at 8:05 a.m. Monday, May 5, at Route 6 and Ludlow Street.
Columbus Twp.
Accident. Corry-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 426, west of Davis Road, at 7:58 a.m. May 18. According to police, Steven Fenno, 23, Wattsburg, was westbound on Route 427 and fell asleep while driving. His 2002 Chevrolet Blazer went off the right side of the road, continued a short distance in a ditch before overturning and hitting a mailbox. Police said Fenno, who sustained a minor injury, was charged with driving on roadways laned.
Glade Twp.
Warrant arrest. Tyler Scott Whitney, 21, of 332 Irvinedale Rd., was arrested by Pennsylvania State constables at 10:30 a.m. Monday on a charge of purchase alcoholic beverage by a minor. Whitney was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released pending further court action.
Pine Grove Twp.
Water rescue. Russell Volunteer Fire Department, Emergycare, and Glade Volunteer Fire Department were called to a water rescue in Russell at 6:30 p.m. Monday. According to RVFD Chief Dave Schwanke, three people were tubing on the Conewango Creek. “They were at the shore line in deep water and couldn’t get out,” he said. The water was running fast and was colder than 50 degrees and none of the three was wearing a personal flotation device. Eventually, two of the people got out of the water, but the third had to be pulled out and was taken to Warren General Hospital for treatment of possible hypothermia. Asked about water recreation under current water conditions, RVFD Lt. Buster Godden said, “Stay home. Use some common sense.” No matter what the conditions, Godden said, “Make sure you have a proper boat and personal flotation device. You have to have a PFD (in any craft) under 16 feet.”
Pleasant Twp.
Found property. Warren-based state police said an employee of a well service dropped off two phones on May 19 that were found in a wooded area along a lease road off of Mohawk Avenue on May 5. The owner of the phones can contact the police, 728-3600, and make arrangements to identify them. Police said they will keep the phones for 90 days, then dispose of them.
Clarendon
Theft. Debra McKee reported to Warren-based state police that four juveniles stole solar lights from the area of 27 and 31 Main St., Clarendon, between 12:30 and 12:45 a.m. May 14. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Sheffield
DUI. Warren-based state police said a vehicle being operated by Darryl Kring, 48, Sheffield, was stopped in the parking lot of the The Dollar General store after they observed several traffic violations on Route 6 at 8:15 p.m. May 16. Police said Kring was taken into custody for DUI and was transported to Warren General Hospital for a blood test.
Crawford County
DUI. Corry-based state police said Theodore Wakefield Jr., 22, Grand Valley, was arrested for DUI following an incident on Thompson Run Road, a half mile east of Route 8 in Hydetown, at 1:06 a.m. May 19. According to police, Wakefield was observed making a traffic violation in a 2000 Volkswagen GTI GLX. Police said it was determined that he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Police said Wakefield will face charges in front of District Justice Amy Nicols.

Furnishing alcohol. Tyler W. Chase, 24, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with several counts each of interference with the custody of a child, corruption of minor, endangering the welfare of a child, and furnishing alcohol to minors. Police said Chase arranged by phone and text message to pick up girls, ages 16 and 17, and take them to parties at locations in the Warren County and Jamestown areas and providing them with alcohol on numerous occasions. The events took place between July 15 and Nov. 12, 2013. Chase also faces charges in New York State. Police said Pennsylvania State Police and and a New York police department investigated and that further court action is pending.
Warren
DUI. Karly Sue Sorensen, 28, of Warren, was charged with DUI after a crash at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, in which police said she committed multiple traffic violations and crashed her vehicle into a gas line at Park Avenue and North Street in Warren. Pennsylvania State Police, assisting City of Warren Police with evacuating residents due to the gas leak, arrested Sorensen and took her to Warren General Hospital. Also assisting were Warren City Fire Department and Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Clarendon
Disorderly. Alexander Marvin, 18, of Clarendon, was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after he allegedly approached a 15-year-old boy and started a physical confrontation at 6:15 p.m. Friday along Railroad Street in Clarendon. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Underage. Alexander Marvin, 18, of Clarendon, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol. Police said Marvin was under the influence of alcohol at 7:30 p.m. Friday at 2 Anchor St., Clarendon. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Pine Grove Twp.
DUI. Daniel Robert Haskins, 26, of Warren, was charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, and other summary traffic violations at 2:36 a.m. Sunday on South Main Street, Pine Grove Township. Police said Haskins was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for a traffic violation. Police said he was taken to Warren General Hospital and charges will be filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Sheffield
Theft. Michael Notoro, 46, of Sheffield, was charged with theft after police said he broke into a Sheffield resident’s truck and took a firearm at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Shaw House parking lot in Sheffield. Police said Notoro was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and released on $50,000 bail.
New York State
DWI. Tashara L. Rhoades, 27, of Russell, was charged with two counts of DWI and speed in zone, by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. According to police, Rhoades was pulled over for speeding at 1:55 a.m. Sunday on McKay Road, Chautauqua, N.Y., and found to be intoxicated.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested William McKenzie, 19, Warren, on May 15 at 10:30 a.m. on a bench warrant for driving without a license issued by District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth. McKenzie was taken before Lindemuth and released pending further court action.
Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Dakota James Wilson, 18, Warren, on May 15 at 9 a.m. on a bench warrant for purchasing alcoholic beverage by a minor. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Tidioute
Theft. Tidioute Borough police reported that Erik Loebach, Tidioute, told police that between 2 p.m. on May 9 and 11:20 a.m. on May 14, while he was on vacation, someone forced entry into his home and took a cellphone, headphones and $40 in change. Nothing inside the home was out of place or ransacked, according to police. Anyone who may have seen anyone around his house during this time is asked to contact the borough police.
McKean County
Crash. Kane-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on May 15 at 7:20 a.m. on Pa-59 west of Klondike Road. A 1997 Ford F-150 driven by Joseph W. Madigan, 23, Warren, was traveling eastbound along 59 before losing control, driving off of the eastbound lane and into the south ditch. The vehicle then crossed a driveway and side-swiped a tree. The vehicle continued in the ditch and struck numerous small trees and rolled over onto its roof after striking a large tree. The vehicle was found at final rest facing southeast in the ditch with disabling damage. Madigan claimed no injuries and was checked by Lafayette Twp. EMS. As a precaution to a head injury and not wearing a seat belt, Madigan was transported to Bradford Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The vehicle was recovered and towed by Fox and Sons Excavating. Corydon Twp. Fire and Rescue and Lafayette Twp. Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene. Madigan was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic and restraint system.

Conewango Twp.
Ordinance violation. Conewango Township police reported that on April 29 they received a nuisance complaint about a property belonging to Jamie Lee Sutliff, 3170 Yankee Bush Road. Upon inspecting the property, police observed large amounts of household garbage and other debris strewn about the property. The Conewango Township supervisors sent Sutliff a certified letter advising him that he had 15 days to clean up his property or he would be cited for a violation. On May 14, police followed up on the investigation and observed that Sutliff had failed to clean up his property. Police charged Sutliff with a sanitation nuisance violation.
Sheffield Twp.
DUI. Warren-based state police reported stopping Scott Rudolph, 53, Sheffield, for a traffic violation on May 14 at 7:26 p.m. on Keystone Ave. Upon further investigation Rudolph was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Rudolph will be charged with DUI and other traffic violations.
Tidioute
Bad check. Tidioute Borough police said they have charged Holley L. Walker, 271 Green Oak Lane, Tionesta, with issuing a check in the amount of $432 which was returned due to insufficient funds. After notice was given, Walker failed to make good on the check.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that betwen 5 p.m. on May 12 and 5 p.m. on May 5 someone attempted to pry a lock off of a pop machine in front of the Grant Valley VFD fire hall, causing damage to the lock and the machine. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Limestone Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between Oct. 19 and May 10 someone stole assorted hand tools, power tools and lawn equipment, valued at approximately $1,000, from the area behind a camp at 106 Turkey Lane belonging to a 58-year-old male from West Middlesex, Pa. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Youngsville
Charged. Youngsville Borough police said a 15-year-old male student was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at Youngsville High School on May 8. According to police, the student was being disruptive in class by yelling profanities at staff members and other students and slamming a door while other students were attempting to take an exam. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Charged. Youngsville Borough police said a 12-year-old male student was charged with harassment following an incident at Youngsville Elementary Middle School at approximately 8 a.m. on May 12. According to police, a parent of a nine-year-old student told them that her son was allegedly grabbed around the throat by the 12-year-old student. Police said a school staff member saw the alleged incident taking place and broke it up. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Chautauqua Co., N.Y.
DUI. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported that on May 11 around 3:29 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on W. Main Street in Falconer for operating without headlights. The operator was identified as Devin W. Powell, 22, Youngsville. Deputies said following an investigation, Powell was found to be in an intoxicated condition and was arrested for DWI. Powell was also found to be operating without a license. He was taken into custody and charged with DWI, BAC of .08 or greater, driving without headlights and unlicensed operator. Police said Powell was later released and he will answer the charges in the Town of Ellicott Court on a future date.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that Lori A. Mason, Youngsville, drove her vehicle to a private residence on the Old Pittsfield Road at 10 p.m. May 7 and became disorderly. Police said Mason got out of her vehicle and threw rocks at the residence damaging the side entrance door, vinyl siding and wooden steps. Police said when they arrived, Mason continued to be disorderly and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Mason was subsequently taken into custody and transported to Warren General Hospital to determine her BAC. Police said charges were filed on May 12 before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth including DUI, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
Theft of mislaid property. Warren-based state police reported that on May 9 at 2:30 p.m. a 76-year-old male from Sugar Grove left his wallet inside Dairy Queen on Route 6. After searching the business, the wallet could not be located. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
Eldred Twp.
Probation violation. On May 9, officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Kevin Birchard, 28, Grand Valley, on charges of violation of probation. Birchard, who was originally placed on probation on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, was taken into custody by probation officers on a supervisor’s warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
Freehold Twp.
Theft. Corry-based state police reported that between May 4 and 8 someone broke into a vehicle parked at 16525 Rt. 957 and stole a Visa card belonging to a 33-year-old female. Police said the card was then used for a $172.93 purchase at Marshall’s Department Store in Lewistown, Pa. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Southwest Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a car fire on May 12 at 12:01 a.m. According to police, John Kinney, 35, Grand Valley, was traveling west on Tidioute Enterprise Road, a quarter mile west of Neiltown Road, in a 1995 Toyota Tacoma. Kinney reported smelling gasoline and noticed the vehicle engine ‘missing.’ According to police, he pulled over along the westbound berm and as he began to open the hood he noticed the red glow of a fire. Police said the vehicle caught fire and sustained heavy damage. Tidioute volunteer firefighters responded to the incident. Police said no charges were filed and no injuries were reported.
Sugar Grove
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that between 8 p.m. on May 9 and 8:30 a.m. on May 10 someone gained entry into the office of the Sugar Grove Free Methodist Church by prying open the office door inside the church. Police said someone rummaged through three rooms and took approximately $60. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Theft from a vehicle. Warren-based state police reported that between May 9 at 11 p.m. and May 10 at 9 a.m. someone entered the vehicle of a 63-year-old male that was parked on Jamestown Street and removed approximately $25. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Tidioute
Criminal mischief. Tidioute Borough police reported that sometime Monday evening someone damaged a sink and door to the restrooms at the Tidioute boat launch. Police said a reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that a traffic stop was conducted on May 10 at 2:55 a.m. in the area of Route 6 and Scott Run Road for a vehicle with no rear tail lights. Police said the driver, Richard Foster, 29, Bradford, was found to under the influence of alcohol. Police said charges are pending with District Justice Laura Bauer for DUI and several other summary traffic violations.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on May 10 at 7:35 p.m. Alesha Ann-marie Butterfield, 19, entered into a verbal argument with Gayle Downing, 30. Police said Downing then struck Butterfield on the head two times with a closed fist. Charges of harassment were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Glade Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police are investigating a burglary that occurred sometime between May 8 and 10 on Conewango Avenue. Police said someone cut a lock to a shed and stole several items, including a riding lawn mower and weed eater belonging to Arlene Barnett. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.
Mead Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a motorcycle accident on May 11 at 3:50 p.m. on Route 59. Police said the crash occurred as James Eaton lost control of the motorcycle on the east side of the Casey bridge while passing another vehicle. Eaton was flown to UPMC with moderate injuries. Police said Eaton was wearing a helmet. Police were assisted at the scene by Clarendon volunteer firefighters and EmergyCare. Police said the investigation continues.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that on May 11 at 8:22 p.m. a traffic violation was called in on a vehicle belonging to Charles Allan Stewart, 31, Waterford. Police said while patrolling the area they located the vehicle in the Kwik Fill parking lot at the intersection of Routes 27 and 6. Police said Stewart was found seated in his vehicle, which was running and parked along the side of the building. While speaking with Stewart, police said they suspected him to be under the influence of alcohol at the time. Stewart was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the state police barracks for processing. Police said charges include two counts of DUI, careless driving and other summary traffic violations. Charges will be filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office in Youngsville.

DUI crash. Youngsville Borough police reported that on May 9 that Mick Peterson, 22, Jamestown, N.Y., was arrested at approximately 10:40 p.m. after losing control of his truck which traveled off of the roadway into a culvert, struck a utility pole, before coming to rest on Highland Avenue near Indian Camp Run. Police said Peterson, who was the driver of the vehicle, was found to be under the influence. Police said charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Theft. Warren-based state police said that on May 6 a known 17-year-old juvenile removed an iPod from another person’s desk at Warren Area High School. Police said he concealed the iPod in his gym locker, and when confronted by school staff members, he admitted to taking it, which is worth $300. Police said charges will be filed through Warren County Juvenile Probation Office.
Conewango Twp.
Theft. Candi Fry, 96 Allegheny Dr., reported to Conewango Township police that on May 5 or 6 someone stole an HP 2000 laptop computer that had been left outside for a short period of time. Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on National Forge Road, 131 feet east of FR 200, at 9:25 p.m. April 30. According to police, Kenneth Seyler, 21, Sheffield, was eastbound on National Forge Road in a 2000 Ford Taurus. Police said Seyler’s vehicle entered a righthand curve, went across the westbound lane onto the northern shoulder, followed the curvature of the roadway, then went down an embankment for approximately 150 feet before hitting the bottom of the embankment. Police said Seyler and his passenger, Devin Powell, 22, Youngsville, were not injured. Police said Seyler was cited for roadways laned for traffic.
Charged. Warren-based state police said Zachery Armstrong, 23, Youngsville, was charged with simple assault following an incident at an Indian Camp Run Road residence at 9:50 p.m. May 1. According to police, Armstrong subjected a 26-year-old female from Youngsville to physical contact causing injury to her neck. Police said Armstrong was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth; bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.
Eldred Twp.
Trespass by motor vehicle. Warren-based state police said someone drove through a field, and off of an oil lease road owned by Richard Tenney at 2795 Ongley Hill Rd. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Glade Twp.
Arrested. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hatch Run Road, six-tenths of a mile east of Hatch Drive, at 3:40 a.m. April 19. According to police, Christian Falvo, 21, Warren, was westbound on Hatch Run Road in a 2007 Ford F-150 when it veered off the berm and into a yard. Police said Falvo tried to get his vehicle back onto the road, then began to skid counterclockwise across both lanes of traffic and went into a ditch along the eastbound lane. Police said Falvo, who denied being injured, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI. He was also charged with roadways laned for traffic.
Cited. Warren-based state police said G.G. Greene Estate was cited at 8:43 a.m. May 1 for having in excess of three false alarms within a 12-month period.
Pine Grove Twp.
Theft. Perry Wenzel, 51, reported to Warren-based state police that a fishing boat cover was taken from his Race Street residence between May 2 and 3. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Charged. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Cable Hollow Road, east of Mill Road, at 9:30 p.m. April 30. According to police, Samuel Russo, 42, Kane, was westbound on Cable Hollow Road and coming out of a righthand curve when his 2003 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway on the southern berm, traveled approximately 60 feet before hitting a mailbox, then another 90 feet before spinning in a clockwise direction, then approximately 80 feet in a southwest direction and backwards prior to coming to rest in a shallow ditch, stuck in the mud. Police said Russo was charged with speeding.
Pleasant Twp.
Charged. Warren-based state police said Nathan Trisket, 31, was stopped on Pleasant Drive at 2:08 a.m. April 13 after committing a traffic violation in his 1999 Ford F-150. Police said Trisket had an ignition interlock requirement on his driver’s license, but no interlock system was located or installed in his registered vehicle. Police said charges were filed on April 22.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Vehicle sought. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Page Hollow Road, near Hazeltine Hollow Road, at 7:18 a.m. May 2. According to police, John Gedz, 49, was southbound on Page Hollow Road in a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 when a northbound vehicle’s driver side mirror hit the driver side mirror of Gedz’s vehicle. Police said Gedz stopped his vehicle, but the northbound vehicle fled the scene. Police said the vehicle may have been a black or dark blue Ford work truck with tool boxes along the side of the bed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Sheffield
DUI. Warren-based state police said Kristina Schott, 34, Warren, and William Free, 40, Sheffield, face DUI charges and other summary traffic violations following an incident at 11:20 p.m. April 29 on Route 6 near Second Street. According to police, Schott was westbound on Route 6 when she drove onto a raised curb off the eastern berm and her vehicle became immobile. Police said Schott then entered into a verbal altercation with Free and got out of the vehicle. Free got out of the vehicle, then back into the vehicle in the driver’s seat. Police said he drove the vehicle off the curb and across Route 6 into a gas station parking lot. Police said it was determined that Schott and Free were under the influence of alcohol.

Burglary. Warren-based state police said at 2:20 a.m. May 4 someone entered the locked Church Street residence of a 68-year-old man and stole a bottle of Hydrocodon. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Warren-based state police report Joseph Paul Pratt, 300 Willard Street, Apartment 1, Jamestown was arrested for criminal trepass for entering the Wal Mart store in North Warren after receiving a notice of trespass not to do so, and for retail theft after stealing a Samsung security system, a home theater system and a latch tote worth a total value of $785.43

Burglary. Warren-based state police report unkown subject(s) entered a camp at 31036 Route 6 in Pittsfield Township belonging to Elizza Marie Mott, Sheffield, and removed a wood stove, a dining room table and a main electrical breaker. The investigation is continuing.

Excessive false alarms. The G. G. Greene Estate was cited by Warren-based state police for having in excess of three false alarms within a 12-month period.

Crash Samuel J. Russo, Kane, was cited by Warren-based state police for driving at a safe speed after an accident on Cable Hollow Road at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. State police say his 2003 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway east of Mill Road, struck a mailbox, spun clockwise and came to rest facing backwards in a shallow ditch.
DUI crash Beth Ann Pace, Russell, was charged by Warren-based state police with DUI after crashing her 2007 Ford F-150 on a curve on Ackeley Road, .4 miles north of Cable Hollow Road at 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29. According to state police, she failed to negotiate a curve, climbed an embankment and struck a tree. The vehicle received heavy front- end damage. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer.
