Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that on March 26 at 3:30 a.m. someone operating a small sedan drove through several residents’ yards and intentionally damaged an address post and a mailbox on Indian Camp Run Rd. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Farmington Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police reported that a 15-year-old student at Eisenhower Middle High School became involved in a fight with another student inside the school on March 26 at 7:55 a.m. The juvenile will face a count of disorderly conduct filed with District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Glade Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between the hours of 5 p.m. March 27 and 6:30 a.m. March 28, someone removed an 8 foot canoe from the Front St. property of Jason Fiscus, Warren. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Warren

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police cited Lisa Bailey, 41, Warren, for public drunkenness after officers were called to a report of a vehicle being broken into on March 12. Police said Bailey was found to be intoxicated, and confused her vehicle with the vehicle of the caller.

DUI. Warren City Police charged Matthew Welsh, 24, Warren, with driving under the influence of alcohol (2 counts), accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle, careless driving, driving vehicle at safe speed, and driving on roadways laned for traffic after officers were dispatched to a hit and run accident on Madison Avenue on March 13. Police said witnesses directed officers to the location of the suspect vehicle, where they encountered Welsh and took him into custody.

Cited. Timothy Gillett, 62, Warren, was cited by Warren City Police on March 13, for following too closely and drivers required to be licensed following a hit and run accident where he struck the vehicle in front of him that had legally stopped at an intersection.

Careless driving. On March 15, Warren City Police cited Paulette Atkins, 60, Warren, for careless driving following a three-vehicle accident at Conewango Avenue and McPherson Street. Police said Atkins stopped at the intersection and then proceeded to turn right onto Conewango Avenue, striking the rear driver’s side corner of another car. That car then traveled into incoming traffic, striking a third car.

Intimidation of witnesses. On March 15, Warren City Police charged Chad Nudd, 42, Warren, with intimidation of witnesses or victims after he reportedly made threats to a witness in a recent court case against him. Police said Nudd was taken into custody and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

DUI. On March 17, Warren City Police charged Renae L. English, 51, Warren, with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI, highest rate of alcohol, driving on right side of roadway, and period for requiring lighted lamps following a traffic stop after officers observed her driving on the wrong side of the roadway.

Cited. Warren City Police cited Ashley Streit, 23, Warren on March 18 for general regulations for municipal waste collection after officers received a report that she was burning garbage.

Harassment. Warren City Police said Jerry Huntington, 37, and Barbara Wyant, 38, both of Warren, were cited for harassment after officers received a report of a domestic dispute involving mutual combat.

Public drunkenness. Robert Brown, 29, Warren, was cited by Warren City Police on March 18 for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, harassment, defiant trespass (two counts), after officers received a complaint that Brown entered two apartments uninvited, following victims around and causing them alarm.

Warrant. Janeen Sanders, 33, Erie, was taken into custody on March 19 on a warrant from Erie County after Warren City Police officers were called to Warren General Hospital for a woman who would not leave. Police said upon confirming her identity and verification of the warrant, she was transported to Warren County Jail to be held for Erie County.

False identification. On March 19, Warren City Police charged Joseph Acevedo, 24, Warren, with false identification to law enforcement officers following a traffic stop. Police said Acevedo knowingly provided the wrong identification information to an officer to avoid being arrested.

Harassment. Silk Spencer, 26, Warren, was cited by Warren City Police for harassment after officers responded to a domestic dispute, where he reportedly subjected a female to physical contact.

Conewango Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on N. State Street at 12:10 p.m. Sunday. According to police, Jacob Scalise, 21, Warren, was northbound on N. State Street and his 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix drifted off the left side of the roadway for an unknown reason and hit a concrete culvert, and then a large tree with the driver side door. Police said Scalise was airlifted to UPMC Hamot in Erie by Starflight for treatment of moderate injuries. Police were assisted at the scene by North Warren volunteer firefighters and Transcare.

Eldred Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 27, two-tenths of a mile east of Sanford Road, at 2:42 a.m. March 21. According to police, Clay Strohm, 79, Alverton, Pa., was westbound on Route 27 when his 1989 Freightliner truck left the roadway and he was unable to maneuver it back onto the roadway. Police said the truck continued into a ditch and struck an embankment. Police said Strohm, who was wearing a seatbelt, denied having any injuries. Police said Strohm was cited for driving on roadways laned for travel. Police were assisted at the scene by Grand Valley volunteer firefighters.

Farmington Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Pine Ridge Road, a half mile north of Route 957, at 8:50 p.m. March 23. According to police, Kent Skinner, 38, Bear Lake, was northbound on Pine Ridge Road when he lost control of his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado on an icy section of the roadway. Police said his pickup truck traveled 25 feet off the east berm, striking a ditch, then 35 feet along the ditch, striking a snowbank and rolling onto its roof. Police said Skinner and a 10-year-old male passenger were not injured, but a second passenger, Derrick Hamilton, 46, Bear Lake, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital by Sugar Grove VFD Ambulance.

Mead Twp.

Harassment. Jeffrey Perkins, Tiona, reported to Warren-based state police that a known male has been having unwanted contact with him through email and letters between Nov. 15, 2012 and March 22, 2013.

Pine Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police on Friday released additional information regarding the removal and defacing of a stop sign between 10 p.m. Friday, March 15, and 7:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, on Cable Hollow Road. Police said an unknown white man removed the sign from the intersection of Scandia Road and Cable Hollow. He then placed the sign in a dark-colored pick-up truck with a snow plow on the front and three amber lights on top of the cab. The sign was later found defaced at the intersection of Cable Hollow and Norberg Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Warren

Statutory Sexual Assault. Further court action is pending after Warren-based state police charged Kenneth Ty Seyler, 20, of Warren, with statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault. According to police, between Dec. 25, 2011 and Feb. 15, 2013, Seyler engaged in a sexual relationship with the victim knowing the she was 14 years of age at the onset of the relationship. The accused was 18 years old at the time.

Youngsville

Burglary. Youngsville Police reported that Harold Simons III, Youngsville, has been charged with four counts of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, theft from a motor vehicle and prowling and loitering at night time. Simons and another adult male allegedly did use force to enter the property at 126 Bates St. on March 13, shortly after 1 a.m. He also committee three other burglaries at said address. Simons was placed in the Warren County jail on $75,000 bail by District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth pending further court action.

Arrested. Youngsville Police reported that David Gonzalez, Youngsville, was taken into custody on March 20 after he interfered with an official police investigation by allegedly destroying evidence and throwing stolen items from a burglary into the Brokenstraw Creek. Gonzalez was charged with three counts of tampering with physical evidence, receiving stolen property and obstructing administering of law enforcement or other government function. He was placed in the Warren County jail by District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth with bail set at $50,000 pending further court action.

Theft. Youngsville Police reported that Dakota West, Youngsville, has been arrested and charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and prowling and loitering at night. Charges stem from an alleged burglary that occurred on the early morning hours of March 14. He conspired with another adult male to force entry into a garage on Bates St. and steal items. He was placed in the Warren County jail with bail set at $75,000 by District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.

Aggravated Assault. On March 21, Youngsville Police and Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Devin Powell, 21, of Youngsville, on charges of aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and corruption of minors. The charges were filed following an investigation into an alleged assault on March 9 at Island Park. It is alleged that Powell punched a known victim in the face causing substantial and permanent disfiguration. The victim was treated at Warren General Hospital and will require on-going medical treatment. It is also alleged that Powell conspired with a 16 year old male to commit the assault. Powell was arraigned in front of District Judge Laura Bauer and remanded to the Warren County Jail in lieu of bail.

Jamestown

Fugitive from Justice. On March 21, at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers received a tip that Joshua A. Howard, 30, of Warren, was at a Main St. address in Jamestown. Howard had a valid PA arrest warrant for a burglary charge. Jamestown officers were able to locate and arrest Howard and transport him to the Jamestown City Jail. Howard was charged with fugitive from justice and was held pending arraignment.

Conewango Twp.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police report between the hours of 10 p.m. March 15 and 7:30 a.m. March 16, an unknown individual(s) removed a stop sign from an unknown location, proceeded to graffiti it with black spray paint, then place the defaced sign in front of the posted stop sign at the intersection of Cable Hollow Rd. and Norberg Rd. If anyone has any information regarding this incident or where the stop sign was stolen from, they are asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police report between the hours of 8 p.m. March 14 and 8:30 a.m. March 15, an unknown individual(s) used a blunt object to smash a mailbox on Akley Rd. Damage is estimated at $20.

Sugar Grove

Burglary/Theft. Update from Burglary/Theft at 2388 Wilson Rd. on Sept. 30, 2012: Warren-based state police reported that on March 18 charges of burglary, theft, and criminal Trespass were filed at Magistrate District Justice Bauer’s office, and an arrest warrant for Joshua A. Howard, 30, Warren, was issued. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP-Warren.

Found Property. Warren-based state police reported that a cooler was found at 10:45 p.m. on March 16 in the area of SR426 and SR27. The owner can claim in by contacting PSP Warren.

Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 4:41 p.m. on March 17, at SR6 West, 2/10 mi. west of Main St., Ashley Johnson, 26, Warren, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for traveling 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Sugar Grove

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that a crash occurred at 2:29 p.m. on March 15, on Main St. at its intersection with Forest St., when a 2003 Dodge Neon driven by Ellis D. Messenger, Jr., 59, Sugar Grove, was stopped at a stop sign, and as he entered into the intersection, he did not see a 2002 Chevrolet Impala driven by Aaron L. Salzler, 31, Celeron, NY, eastbound on Main St. Salzler struck Messenger in the right front tire area with its left front. No injuries were reported. Messenger’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Messenger was charged with Stop Signs & Yield Signs.

Bad check. Conewango Township Police reported that on Mar. 13, police received a bad check from Warren Veterinary Hospital. Patricia A. McCandless, Jamestown, allegedly wrote the check on Dec. 12 in the amount of $193. The check was returned as not sufficient funds. McCandless is being charged with one count summary bad check. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.

Glade Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on Mar. 12 at 3:10 p.m. on W. Fifth Avenue. A known 16-year-old juvenile allegedly followed the victim, a 17-year-old male, in a harassing manner by calling him obscenities and portraying threatening behaviors. The accused continued to yell vulgarities at the victim while traveling along W. Fifth Ave. until they went their separate ways at its intersection with Conewango Ave. Charges were filed against the accused at District Justice Laura Bauer’s North Warren office.

Limestone Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on SR 337 near Economite Road on March 13 at 11:05 a.m. Martha Smith, 81, Tidioute, was traveling north on SR 337 when the vehicle left the northern berm and struck a tree approximately five feet off the roadway. The vehicle suffered disabling damage to the front of the vehicle and was towed from the scene. Smith was transported to Warren General Hospital by the Tidioute Ambulance to be treated for severe head injury. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Tidioute VFD assisted on the scene.

Pine Grove Twp.

Simple assault. Warren-based state police reported that on Mar. 14 at 5:45 p.m. a known 21-year-old male and a known 66-year-old female, both of Russell, were engaged in an argument over the volume of the television. The female suspect pushed the male suspect without injury. The male suspect pushed the female resulting in her falling to the floor and injuring her back. The male suspect was arraigned in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office on the charge of simple assault and released on unsecured bail. The female suspect has a pending citation for harassment through District Justice Laura Bauer.

Youngsville

Assault. Youngsville Police are investigating an assault that took place on Mar. 9 at Island Park in the borough of Youngsville at approximately 3 p.m. Police were called by Warren General Hospital staff to investigate the assault. Duston Miller, 19, Youngsville, was assaulted by Devin Powell, 21, formerly of Tiona. Miller was injured in the face and mouth area. Charges will be filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Possession. Youngsville Police reported that Jacqueline Harkins, 32, Pittsfield, is being charged for an offense that occurred on Mar. 7 at approximately 4:15 p.m. Harkins was contacted to pick up her son from police custody for a prior incident that occurred at YEMS on said date and while doing so she brought a small amount of marijuana and pipe to the station. She is being charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. All charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that on March 12, Crystal Gruber and Jeremy Sweeney, both of Warren, were cited for harassment after officers were called to their residence for a domestic dispute where both parties admitted to physical contact during a fight.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on March 9, Edward Ord, Warren, was cited for careless driving after officers were called to a two-car accident at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. East and Parker St. Police said Ord told them that he was stopped at the red light, looked away and when he looked back he thought that the light had changed to green and proceeded forward. Ord struck the vehicle in front of him that was stopped for the red light.

Animal noise. City of Warren police reported that on March 11, Denise McKee, Warren, was cited for animal noise ordinance after officers were called to her residence multiple times for a barking dog. Officers found that other complaints had been made since January 1, giving them grounds for the citation.

DUI. City of Warren police reported that on March 9, Raychel Barr, Warren, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI: highest rate (BAC +.16), turning movements, required signals and operation of vehicle without certificate of inspection after she was stopped for failing to use her turning signal.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that on March 10, Richard Olson, Youngsville, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a local establishment where he assaulted a female.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that on March 10, Robert Thomas, Warren, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after police received a call of an unwanted male causing a disturbance at a residence.

Indecent assault. City of Warren police reported that on March 11, Robert Phelps, 21, Warren, was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and indecent assault after an investigation found he engaged in inappropriate contact with a child.

DUI crash. City of Warren police reported that on March 10, Peter Carnovale Jr., Warren, was charged with DUI, DUI – crash, DUI – highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16), driving on right side of roadway accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and immediate notice of accident to police after officers were notified of a hit and run accident in the area of East Street and Sixth Avenue. Officers said they were able to follow a trail of leaking fluid to Carnovale’s residence where they found the suspected vehicle parked in the garage. Officers said they made contact with Carnovale, who appeared intoxicated.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on March 11, Robert Weidert, Warren, was cited for duties at stop signs after officers were called to St. Clair Street and Main Avenue for a two-vehicle accident. According to police, Weidert pulled out in front of another vehicle that had the right of way, causing it to strike his vehicle. Warren Fire Department’s ambulance transported three people to Warren General Hospital where they were treated and released.

Arrest. According to the Jamestown, N.Y., Police Department, John M. Griffin, Warren, who had appeared on the department’s Top Ten Most Wanted list, was being sought for alleged grand larceny. Griffin was located on March 13 by Warren County Sheriff’s deputies and is currently being held in the Warren County Jail where he is awaiting an extradition hearing. Police said Griffin is being charged as a fugitive from justice.

Deerfield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between March 10 and 11, someone stole two auto batteries from a log skidder belonging to Jay Sutton, Tidioute. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Conewango Twp.

Stolen property. Warren-based state police reported that between Dec. 21, 2012 and Jan. 21, a 1969 Honda Minitrail was stolen from a known 54-year-old male from Jamestown, N.Y. Police said an investigation continues.

Glade Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that at 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 22, someone entered the locker of a 16-year-old male at Warren Area High School and stole $65. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Crime Stoppers.

Crash. Warren-based state police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred March 6 at 9:56 p.m. on Hemlock Road. According to police, the crash occurred as Marlee White, 18, Warren, negotiated a left hand turn and came upon a disabled vehicle parked on the westbound lane. Police said White struck the front driver’s side of the disabled vehicle. White was not injured in the accident and was charged with driving on the right side of roadway. Police said the unnamed owner of the second vehicle was cited for vehicular hazard signal lamps.

Fraud. Warren-based state police report between Feb. 28 and March 6 a resident was made to believe someone had sold property on their behalf. In order to receive the profits, the victim was instructed to purchase Green Dot MoneyPak cards in the amount of $2,123 and provide the card numbers. The money was removed from the cards by the perpetrator and rendered worthless. Police urged the public to remain vigilant for money scams and never provide strangers access to banking accounts, prepaid cards, or other avenues to access money.

Tidioute

Drug paraphernalia. Warren-based state police reported that at 2:56 p.m. on March 7 at a Tidioute Borough residence, a female contacted them and said she found suspected drug paraphernalia inside a newly-owned residence. Police said troopers responded to the residence and took possession of the paraphernalia, which was subsequently destroyed.

Youngsville

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that between 5 and 5:47 a.m. on March 10 they received a complaint of a known male and known female becoming involved in a domestic dispute at 258 Main St. Police said both subjected the other to physical contact. Police said they were both cited for summary harassment. Charges were filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Brokenstraw

Twp.

Bad checks. Warren-based state police charged Thomas Edwards, 24, of Cornith, N.Y., with one count of bad checks. Police said Edwards attempted to pay Allegheny Pellet on Dec. 14, 2012 with a check for more than $5,000 written on an account with insufficient funds. Police said further court action is pending.

Scattering rubbish. Warren-based state police said they are investigating an incident that occurred Feb. 23, involving used tires scattered on the private property of Kenneth Roberts of Youngsville.

Eldred Twp.

Possession. A state parole agent found Norman Kight, 32, Spartansburg, in possession of a small amount of marijuana on March 9. The parole agent turned the substance over to the state police. Police said Kight will be charged pending lab analysis.

Spring Creek

Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 8 a.m. on March 8, on Old Rt. 77 near Jackson Hill Rd. According to police David A. Bruno, Erie, was westbound in a 2007 Ford F-150 truck and lost control on the snow-covered road, crossed the center lane and entered the east lane of travel while spinning around, then left the south side of the roadway where he struck and sheared a utility pole with the rear end of the truck. The vehicle then flipped over onto its roof, coming to rest facing west of the roadway. Police said Bruno was not wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. Police said he was cited for leaving right side of roadway and restraint systems. The truck received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Sugar Grove

Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at approximately 9:10 p.m. on March 7, on Route 957 just west of Stillwater Rd. According to police, Frederick E. Dell, Pittsfield, was eastbound in a 1998 Jeep Cherokee on the snow-covered and icy roadway, and braked when he observed another vehicle leave the roadway and lost control of his vehicle. He spun out and left the south edge of the roadway and became stuck in the ditch. The vehicle was left as a hazard close to the road, as Dell fled the scene and failed to report the crash. Police said he was cited for driving vehicle at safe speeds and leaving the scene of an accident. Police said Dell and a passenger, Donna Rimmer of Falconer, N.Y., were not injured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Harassment. Warren-based state police said they cited Gail Ross, 48, of Jamestown, N.Y., on March 9 with harassment after she called and hung up on the victim several times. According to police, the victim had previously told Ross not to call him anymore. Ross will answer to the charge before District Justice Laura Bauer.

Triumph Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. on March 8 on Tidioute Enterprise Rd., west of Route 127. According to police, James F. Horwedel, 23, Tidioute, was eastbound in a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt and became distracted, drifting into the westbound lane. Police said he saw an approaching vehicle and swerved back into the eastbound lane, then swerved across the westbound lane and struck an embankment located on the north roadside. The vehicle rolled over and came to rest on its roof in the eastbound lane. Police said Horwedel was cited with driving on roadways laned. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Youngsville

Criminal mischief. Youngsville Borough Police said Paul Hornstrom, 21, of Titusville and formerly of Youngsville, was charged with criminal mischief on March 7. Police said Hornstrom and three other adult males did severe damage to the Legion Baseball Field on Davis Street and also in front of Youngsville Elementary Middle School. The incident took place in December. Charges have been filed in District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Terroristic threats/simple assault. Warren-based state police arrested Richard Olson, 31, Youngsville, on March 11 at approximately 4 a.m., after an investigation into reports from two Youngsville females, ages 34 and 26. According to police, Olson is accused of repeatedly striking both victims with a full, unopened can of beer. Police said during the assault, Olson threatened both with continued bodily harm. Both victims sustained marks and lacerations from the assault. Olson was arrested for terroristic threats (two counts) and harassment (two counts). He was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and committed to the Warren County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Warren

Theft. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 4 Kelly Foust-Voigt, Warren, was cited for retail theft and harassment after she was caught trying to steal $74.99 worth of merchandise from a local retailer and then assaulted the manager of the store when he tried to detain her.

Indecent assault. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 28 a juvenile male was charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault after an investigation into allegations he engaged in sexual contact with a victim without her consent.

Public Drunkenness. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 3, Leo McGrail, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness and pedestrians under the influence of alcohol after an officer on patrol came upon him stumbling down the sidewalk and eventually falling. When an officer went to provide aid, McGrail was found to be intoxicated.

Burglary. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 4, William Ohmer, Warren, was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he allegedly entered a residence without permission, removed the car keys of the victim and left with the vehicle. On Mar. 6, Ohmer was located, taken into custody and arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson. He was placed in the Warren County jail on $50,000 bail.

Driving while suspended. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 27, Renee Rogers, Warren, was charged with driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, operation following suspension of registration, restraint systems and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles after police received a call that she had taken a vehicle without permission. When Rogers was stopped in the vehicle, she has a five-year-old with her that was not secured properly in a booster seat or seatbelt. Rogers was taken into custody and placed in the Warren County jail.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 28, Douglas Hall, Warren, was cited for harassment after he forced a door open, causing injury to the victim who was standing near the door.

Forgery. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 21, Ethan Fuller, Warren, was charged with forgery, tampering with records and tampering with public records or information after an investigation involving the Warren County Probation office regarding a receipt that had been tampered with.

Selling/furnishing liquor to a minor. City of Warren police reported that Brandon Fox, Warren, was charged with selling/furnishing liquor to a minor and obstructing administration of law or other governmental functions after officers were called to a residence for a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police found a large gathering. Police identified Robert Rouche, 19, Youngsville and Kiera Elicker, 19, Warren, as participants in the gathering and both admitted to drinking. They were both cited for underage drinking. Fox was taken into custody, arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released on $5,000 bail.

Prohibited offensive weapons. On Mar. 2, Jared Eisenbrown, Clarendon, was charged with simple assault, prohibited offensive weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were called to a domestic dispute at a residence in the City of Warren where he allegedly struck a victim.

Simple assault. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 19, a juvenile offender was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident that occurred where they allegedly struck another juvenile several times in the head and mouth, causing numerous injuries.

Conewango Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that on March 4 at 9:03 p.m. Richard Miller, Warren, was stopped for a minor traffic violation at the intersection of Yankee Bush Road and River Road. Upon further investigation, Miller was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested for DUI and several other traffic violations. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Pleasant Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two vehicle accident on Pleasant Drive just east of Creekwood Drive. A 2011 Subaru Legacy driven by Maria Schultz, Warren, was stopped in the westbound travel lane behind another vehicle that was waiting to turn left. A 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Alicia Labesky was traveling west behind behind Schultz and proceeded to rear end Schultz’s vehicle. Koebleys towed Labesky’s vehicle from the scene. Pleasant VFD assisted at the scene. No injuries were reported. Labesky was cited for following too closely and restraint systems through District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.

Sheffield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that on Mar. 5 at 3:15 p.m. on PA 948. A 2005 Toyota Prius, driven by Robert P. Ducato, Westfield, NY, was traveling north on PA 948 when Ducato lost control of the vehicle, leaving the roadway where it traveled approximately 78′ and then struck a guard rail with its front end. Due to the impact, the vehicle spun clockwise and came to final rest facing northeast in the northbound lane of travel. No injuries were reported at the scene. Pennmark towed the vehicle from the scene. Sheffield VFD members assisted with traffic control at the scene. A charge of driving on roadways laned for traffic was filed against Ducato with District Justice Glenn Carlson.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal trespass. Warren-based state police reported that on Feb. 25 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. a known 51-year-old male of Russell entered the residence of a 39-year-old known female without her knowledge or permission to retrieve a piece of equipment that was on lease. The victim declined prosecution and the investigation was terminated.

Youngsville

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that an investigation is underway stemming from incident on Mar. 3 at 2:05 a.m. at a Hillside Dr. residence. Richard S. Britton allegedly pushed and subjected a known 39-year-old female victim to other unwanted physical contact. Charges of harassment were filed.

Mead Twp.

Theft of Services. Warren-based state police reported that a known male suspect of Warren, at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 27, checked out of the Budget Lodge at 15485 Rt. 6 without paying. The investigation continues.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 2:30 a.m. on March 2, Jeffrey J. Grove, 46, Erie, was observed changing a tire on his vehicle along SR6 near the Budget Lodge. It was determined that he had been driving under the influence and was taken into custody for DUI.

Pittsfield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that personal items were stolen between July 9 and Dec. 10, 2012 from Rose McEvoy, Warren, at her residence on Extension Rd., Village of Garfield, during the above dates. Sheffield Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 2 a.m. on March 3, Lawrence Lawkowski, 58, Erie, was stopped by State Police after he was observed operating a 2013 Jeep and committing several traffic violations. It was determined he was driving under the influence and was arrested for DUI.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that a crash occurred at 3 p.m. on March 1 on SR4021 in the area of Jamestown St./Busti Rd., when Dorothy M. Waite, 79, Frewsburg, NY, was traveling south on SR4021 in a 2002 Buick Century, lost control of her car causing her to travel off the southbound berm where the right front of the car hit a green metal mailbox. After initial impact, the car rolled onto its driver side in the ditch and came to a final rest with the front of the car facing south. The car was towed from the scene. Waite had moderate injury. She was charged with Driving on Roadways Laned.

Clarendon Boro.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at 10:25 a.m. on Feb. 28 at S. Main St., a known male reported to PSP Warren that a known male suspect yelled threats and harrassed him. The investigation continues.

Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that on Mar. 1 at 12:10 a.m. on SR 6 near the Edgewood Motel, a traffic violation was called in regarding a vehicle that left the roadway and drove onto the front lawn of the Edgewood Motel. When police arrived on the scene, after speaking with the vehicle’s operator, Valentina D. Marano, 52, Sheffield, it was suspected that Marano may be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the violation. The accused was transported to Warren General Hospital for chemical testing. Blood test results determined that her BAC was above the legal limit. Charges, inclding two counts of DUI and additional summary violations, will be filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s Youngsville office.

Mead Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that someone damaged a solar powered address sign belonging to a known 76-year-old female, Clarendon. The sign was damaged on Feb. 27 between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Damage is estimated at $35. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers. The investigation continues.

Pine Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on Feb. 28 at 1:15 a.m. A 2006 Chevrolet Silverado driven by John W. Kiser, 58, Russell, was traveling west on Akley Road when the vehicle drifted off of the roadway and slid into a small creek. Kiser was not injured. The vehicle was towed from the scene by the operator. Police said that Kiser is being charged with leaving the scene of a crash and other traffic violations.

Conewango Twp.

Theft by unlawful taking. At midnight on Feb. 23, Warren County Adult Probation notified Conewango Township Police that Jeremiah Garris of Warren had taken a shopping cart from Wal-Mart. Police said Garris then took the shopping cart to his residence and threw the cart over the embankment of the Conewango Creek. Police said Garris is being charged with one count each of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and scattering rubbish in the waters of the Commonwealth. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Rt. 6 and Nelson Hill Rd. on Feb. 27 at 7:35 a.m. According to police, Douglas Turner, 23, Pittsfield, was westbound on Rt. 6 when his vehicle was driven off the south edge of the roadway, crossed over Nelson Hill Rd., traveled down an embankment and came to rest in a private yard. Police said Turner is uncertain as to the cause of the accident. An investigation continues.
