Falconer, N.Y., man sentenced to jail for sex offender registration violation

A Falconer, N.Y., man convicted of sexual misconduct in New York in 2018 has been sentenced to between 1.8 and 5.5 years in state prison after failing to register with the Pennsylvania State Police. Armando Rosario, 44, of Falconer was originally charged in November 2025 with felony failure to provide accurate registration information and second-degree felony failure to register with the Pennsylvania State Police by Conewango Township Police. Pennsylvania State Police --- SUGAR GOVE --- An 18-year-old Sugar Grove woman was injured after swerving to avoid a deer on Stillwater Road on Sept. 9. Kaitlyn M. Johnson was traveling east on Stillwater Road, east of Turnpike Cemetery Road, at approximately 5:51 a.m. when a deer unexpectedly entered the road.
