Community Blood Bank to host donor appreciation Tuesday

Following the recent Community Blood Bank Donor Appreciation Day in Erie, the Community Blood Bank is hosting "Support Local" appreciation events throughout the region. A donor appreciation event will take place from noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Holy Redeemer Church in Warren. Penn State Extension offers food safety manager certification courses in Warren County

Penn State Extension will offer the ServSafe Food Safety Manager course, which is aimed at restaurant and food service managers and others who need food safety certification. The course will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 24, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 31 at the Warren Forest Higher Education Council, 589 Hospital Drive, STE F., Warren, PA.
