Documents describe alleged abuse by Columbus man

Charges filed against a Columbus man alleging a second incident of sex crimes involving a minor stem from his stepdaughter. The new set of charges against Ronald R. Rastetter, 72, were filed June 13 and include third-degree felony corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, indecent assault person less than 13 years of age and indecent assault without consent of others dating back to an incident that allegedly took place in October 2022.
