Bridge closure begins tonight on Route 59

The second of two weekend closures to complete work on the bridge that carries Route 59 over the Kinzua Creek (Allegheny Reservoir) in Mead Township, Warren County is scheduled to start today. The bridge is scheduled to be closed for approximately 48 hours starting at 6 p.m.. A detour will be posted using Route 6 and Route 321 (Kane-Marshburg Road). The temporary traffic signal in place on the bridge will remain in operation between the closures. The bridge is expected to be fully opened by late fall 2025.
