By Jessica N. Rex 1 min read

Warren Forest Higher Education Council (Hi-Ed) will host "Creating a Dementia-Friendly Home," on Thursday from 2 to 3 p.m.

This is the second class in an Alzheimer's education series, led by Reyd Martin of Rosecliff by Rouse, who will be sharing her expertise and practical ideas for creating a home environment that supports people living with dementia. The class offers an opportunity for family members, caregivers, and other interested community members to learn ways to make everyday surroundings more comfortable and supportive.

Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the series, which provides free educational resources to the community.

The previous class filled to capacity, so early registration is encouraged. To reserve a spot, call (814) 723-3222 or visit www.hi-ed.org.
