Residents interested in local legends and unexplained phenomena will have an opportunity to learn more about both during a special event at the Warren Public Library later this month.

The library will host a Bigfoot and Paranormal Kinzua program on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Slater Room. The event is free and open to people of all ages, although advance registration is required.

Featured speaker Dennis Viglo of Strange Kinzua will share photographs and stories documenting unusual occurrences in the Kinzua region. His presentation will focus on reported Bigfoot sightings, paranormal experiences and other mysterious events that have been reported in the area.

Attendees will also have the chance to win a door prize basket filled with Bigfoot-themed items. The basket was created and donated by library volunteer Donna Caito.
