Youngsville Elementary/Middle School Special Visitors Luncheon canceled
The Warren County School District decided to cancel this year’s Youngsville Elementary Middle School Special Visitors Luncheon. In a Facebook post, it was cited that recent safety concerns related to hosting a large number of visitors in the schools during instructional hours caused the district to make this decision. While the annual event is meaningful to several families, the safety of students, staff, and the school community is the top priority. WCSD actively explores alternative ways to encourage involvement within the community and the families while first maintaining the safety of everyone. A call was made to the district with no further comments.
