Pennsylvania Elks State Association will be having its 54th Annual Northwest Regional Free Throw “Hoop Shoot” Competition on Monday at the Warren County YMCA. This is for boys and girls ages 8 to 13. Mandatory registration starts at 11 a.m. and competition starts at noon. There is no registration fee. Proof of age is required to register (a copy of birth certificate) Participants will receive a free T-shirt.

Scored on the best of 25 free throws, first Place winners advance to the District Competition with possible advancement to State, Regional, and National contests.

Following the Hoop Shoot, there will be a 3 on 3 mini basketball tournament for all those who participated in the Hoop Shoot Contest. Pizza, chips, and drinks will be provided at the conclusion of the event for all competitors.
