Caregivers Support Group to meet

The Caregivers Support Group-Warren, will meet on Monday, Dec. 15, at noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Pennsylvania Ave. E. Warren. Enter the building via the elevator entrance and proceed to the Wesley Parlor. This will be a Christmas luncheon meeting. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to pass. Table service, pizza, and beverages will be furnished. Anyone interested in learning more about this group or dementia diseases is invited to attend. Regular meetings will resume in January. Holy Redeemer to host blood drive

Holy Redeemer Church, 11 Russell St., Warren, will host a Community Blood Bank blood drive from noon to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 16. To donate, individuals must be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Appointments can be scheduled by visiting www.fourhearts.org or by calling Edinger at 814-596-3395. Walk-ins are also welcome, but scheduling an appointment ensures a smoother process for donors. Blood donations take about 45 minutes.
