4H Teen Council is a leadership building program where all Teens 13-18 can have a life changing experience that will help you in the future. Teen council provides a multitude of opportunities and education for teens. You can be an officer of the council and help the leaders with the meeting or go to events and represent 4H. One of the best things that the teen council participates in is the State Leadership Conference at Penn State University.
