The WAHS Class of 1970 donated its class flag to the Warren County Historical Society recently. The group’s final class-organized reunion was held in late August at the Jackson Valley Golf Course Clubhouse. Event organizers were Janet Reynolds Peterson, Mary Juliano Beyer, Jill Siggins Schumacher, Jill Roberts Brecht, and Cynthia Gross David. Tim Greenlund served as master of ceremonies for the event for class members and guests, with nearly 100 people in attendance. The flag was made by Kathleen Williams, Class of 1970, and displayed with the WAHS Color Guard from 1967 through 1970. The class decided to preserve the flag by donating it to the historical society.
