The Community Foundation’s Trust Distribution Committee approved grants totaling $240,000 in July to the following charitable causes serving Warren County residents:
Revitalization of Youngsville Fairmont Park Community Plaza Project, Tidioute Borough Tidioute River Front Park Project, Warren County Bike-Hike Trail Rehabilitation Project.
The Community Foundation’s Trust Distribution Committee also approved non-traditional scholarships totaling $8,484 in July to 7 Warren County residents pursuing training or certifications in the areas of welding, emergency medical technician, animal assisted therapy, nursing, and computer technology to further their careers.
The Community Foundation’s Corporate Board of Directors approved Donor Advised grants totaling $3,334 in July to the following charitable causes:
St. Joseph Elementary School, Warren County 4H Sheep Program.
