Two guilty pleas were entered and charges were withdrawn against two others during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Matthew L. Cabisca, 34, Clarendon, to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. A count of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn.

Allyn F. Seither, 65, Sugar Grove, to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Jaidynn R. Kendricks, 24, Warren. Kendricks had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was not prosecuted.

Kristin M. Murphy, 41, Tiona. Murphy had been charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a speeding violation. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
