A series of guilty pleas and a no contest plea were entered last week during change of pleas proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Kevin S. Anderson, 36, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Charges including nine counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

Brian E. Craker, 52, Warren to stalking. Three additional counts of stalking were not prosecuted.

Damian T. Horner, 51, Warren, to DUI, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and careless driving. Charges including DUI and two traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

Hunter C. Houser, 28, Clarendon, to DUI and careless driving. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

Meighan L. Johnston, 27, Sheffield, to simple assault. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.

Ralph W. Kirby, 44, Warren, to two counts of corruption of minors. Charges of corruption of minors and two counts of indecent assault were not prosecuted.

Joseph R. Kuzminski, 37, Youngsville, to theft. A count of access device fraud was not prosecuted.

Nolan D.R. Nudd, 23, Warren, to simple assault and public drunkenness. Charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and harassment were not prosecuted.

Dylan C. Oleson, 25, Waterford, Pa., to DUI and a traffic offense. Charges including two counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and eight traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

Achior A. Oliver, Jr, 22, Clarion, Pa., to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault and simple assault were not prosecuted.

Eric L. Linville, 60, Youngsville, pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Two counts each of criminal attempt – burglary and criminal attempt – enter structure were not prosecuted.
