Three guilty pleas were entered and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Jonah E. Kirkpatrick, 20, Warren, to criminal mischief. A count of disorderly conduct was withdrawn.

Shane D. Rodgers, 33, Bear Lake, to theft by deception. A count of retail theft was withdrawn.

Michael W. Stroup, 40, Warren, to smell/inhale/toxic releasing substances. Charges of possessing a solvent for the release of toxic vapors/fumes and depositing waste on highway were withdrawn.

Timothy D. Peters, 59, North Warren, was held for court. Peters has been charged with possession of firearm prohibited, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of crime with intent, nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and five traffic offenses.
