The Woman’s Club of Warren is awarding four, $1,000 scholarships to Warren County citizens for post-high school education. The scholarships are merit-based. The application deadline is March 15 and the application can be found at county high schools, the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional College, Warren Forest Hi-Ed and online at warrenwomansclub.org.
