Four guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

— Richard A. Fitzgerald, 41, Clarendon, to possession of a controlled substance. Charges including two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

— George A. Flasher, 22, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of institutional vandalism was withdrawn.

— Corbin A. Kates, 22, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of institutional vandalism was withdrawn.

— Eric J. Seth, 24, Corry, Pa., to possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

— Desirae J. Corrigan, 40, Jamestown, NY. Corrigan had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

— Russell W. Spunaugle, 36, Jamestown, NY. Spunaugle had been charged with simple assault and harassment. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

— Eric A. Zavinski, 27, Indiana, Pa., was held for court. Zavinski has been charged with terroristic threats, retaliation against witness or victim and harassment.
