A Grand Opening Celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Friday at 5 p.m. at Salsa Soleil Butik’s new location at 336 Pennsylvania Ave. W. There will be drinks, finger food and entertainment to mark the occasion on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to benefit the Warren Community.
