Seven excel in Dale Carnegie Training at Warren Forest Higher Education Council

Seven individuals recently celebrated the completion of a transformative Dale Carnegie training course at the Warren Forest Higher Education Council. The program, which focused on enhancing interpersonal and leadership skills, has empowered participants with valuable tools for both their professional and personal lives.
The Dale Carnegie training course provided participants with a dynamic learning experience, featuring activities that pushed them out of their comfort zones. The course emphasized the practical application of Dale Carnegie’s renowned principles, as outlined in his Gold Book. These principles have a track record of effectiveness in improving communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationships in various contexts.
Noah Sharp, representing Family Services of Warren County Inc., stood out among the participants. His exceptional dedication and performance earned him not one but two awards. On Oct. 17, he received the “Outstanding Performance” award, and on the final day of the course, Oct. 19, he was honored with the coveted “Highest Achievement” award. These accolades were determined through a class vote, highlighting his significant contributions to the course.
Carolina Martienez, who journeyed all the way from Bogota, Colombia to attend the course, was warmly embraced by her fellow students. They not only supported her during the training but also introduced her to the charms of Warren. Carolina’s experience exemplifies the sense of camaraderie that permeated the entire course.
This achievement is a significant milestone for all participants. It underscores their commitment to personal and professional growth, equipping them with invaluable skills that will undoubtedly enhance various aspects of their lives.
