Professor Charles A. Bennett, secretary of the NWPA Chapter, presents William C. At a recent executive board meeting of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the ASM International, William C. Bennett of Warren and Ellwood National Forge was honored for his 10-year dedication as chairman of the group which provides professional education programs for its members, plant tours, university lecture series for students and opportunities for the public to learn of the work of the ASM.
