The Titusville Senior Center has a number of notable activities next week.

The center is hosting bean bag toss next Tuesday, Aug. 29, in conjunction with Social Connection.

On Thursday, Aug. 31, a canned food drive to benefit the Titusville Food Bank will be held. Visitors are asked to bring a donation. Affordable Care Hearing Aids will be on-site for free hearing assessments. Calling to reserve a spot is encouraged, but not required.

The center has updated its craft room. Space is available to work on projects at visitor’s leisure or to work on their own projects.

Monday, Aug. 28 — Lunch: Baked pollock with macaroni and cheese; Pinochle party at 12:45 p.m

Tuesday, Aug. 29 — Lunch: Taco salad and tortilla chips; Bean bag toss with Social Connection at 12:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 30 — Lunch: Pizza casserole with Italian bread; Bingo at 12:45 p.m.with prizes and a $25 jackpot.

Thursday, Aug. 31 — Lunch: Parmesan chicken over lemon asparagus pasta; Affordable Care Hearing Aids at 10 a.m.; Canned food drive for Titusville Food Bank; Healthy Steps in Motion at 12:45 p.m. – free class focused on increasing flexibility and balance.

Friday, Sept. 1 — Breakfast at 9 a.m.; Lunch: To be announced; Chess day. Stay for a game of chess or pinochle after breakfast.
