Virginia Elms, Progressive Woman’s Club of Sheffield president, presented Olivia Cressley and Lucas Joblon with the 2023 Wayne Chamberlain Award during the Sheffield Area Elementary School’s fifth grade dinner held recently. This award is given each year to the top male and female student at Sheffield Area Elementary School who has earned the highest grade point average in the fifth grade class.
