Garden club meets

The Hill and Dale Garden Club met on May 24 at the Herb Mill in Niobe, N.Y. The presentation was on organic gardening and not using pesticides. Garden Therapy will be at the Rouse on Monday at 1 p.m. at the Suites and 2:30 p.m. at the Rouse Home. The club’s next meeting is set for June 28 at the Wrightsville Community Church where members will make fairy gardens.

Outdoor club to hike

The Allegheny Outdoor Club will hike the Anders Run Trail on Sunday. The group will meet at the Anders Run trailhead on Dunns Eddy Rd. outside Irvine at 1:30 p.m.
