Class Of 1959 to meet June 8

The Warren High School class of 1959 will meet for lunch at noon Thursday, June 8, at the Eagles Club. Spouses and guests are welcome.

Dean’s list students honored

Seven county students have been named to the Dean’s List for spring 2023 at the Northern Pennsylvania Regional College. They include Sarah Parmeter (Clarendon), Kara Haight (Pittsfiled), Cody Hankinson (Sheffield), Savannah Casey (Warren), Savannah Nichols (Warren), Taylor Mineweaser (Youngsville) and Katlyn Sobkowski (Youngsville). The Dean’s List recognizes the academic achievements of students who remained in good academic standing and earned a 3.0 GPA or greater during the spring 2023 term.

Second Avenue to close June 9

Second Avenue in Warren between Liberty Street and the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center will be closed Friday, June 9.
