Sentences handed down in county court

The following pleas were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Allen W. Boyer, 19, Warren, to one year probation, $91.73 in restitution, $875 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 50 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Timothy S. Collin, 51, Warren, to 72 hours incarceration, six months probation, $1,750 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $245 and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license and $345 on a count of operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. At a second docket, Collin was sentenced to five years probation including 30 days incarceration and 60 days house arrest, $2,375 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, submission of a DNA sample, 30 hours of community service and compliance with treatment on a count of DUI as well as $345 on a count of operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.

¯ Christina C. Drayer, 39, Warren, to 30 days to one year incarceration, $4,000 in restitution, $950 in fines and fees, 60 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Daniel C. Dumoulin, 46, to 65 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 65 days times served, $1,675 in fines and fees, 75 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of fraud as well as one year probation on a count of false identification to law enforcement; $245 and a 12 month license suspension for driving on a suspended license and $70 on a count of exhibiting driver’s license on demand.

William H. Farley, 39, Brookville, Pa., to six month probation, $850 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of no rear lights.

¯ Scott T. Fiero, 32, Youngsville, to three months to one year incarceration with credit for 90 days time served, $825 in fines and fees, and 50 hours of community service on a count of obstructing the administration of law; one year probation and $100 on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia; 11 days incarceration with credit for 11 days time served, six months probation, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $245 and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license.

¯ Dakota J. Kaltenbach, 36, Warren, to 24 to 48 months incarceration in state prison, $2,625 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of criminal attempt – contraband – controlled substance.

¯ Randy D. Mountain, 59, Sheffield, to five years probation including 30 days incarceration, 60 days house arrest, $2,450 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of DUI as well as $30 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Cassie J. Nichols, 41, Pittsfield, to 58 days to one year incarceration with credit for 58 days time served, $675 in fines and fees and 60 hours of community service on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Kaela P. Reynolds, Warren, to two years probation, $1,075 in fines and fees, 60 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and mental health treatment on a count of simple assault; one year probation and $100 in restitution on a count of institutional vandalism and $300 on a count of disorderly conduct.

Kyle J. Riker, 23, Warren, to 10 days to one year incarceration with credit for 10 days time served, $1,300 in fines and fees, a no contact order, 70 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, treatment and a healthy relationships course on a count of simple assault as well as one year probation and a no contact/no trespass order on a count of unlawful restraint.

Benjamin L. Sears, II, 25, Clarendon, to 13 days to one year incarceration including credit for 13 days time served, $775 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service and mental health treatment on a count of resisting arrest and $250 on a count of disorderly conduct.

Jeffery A. Senear, 43, Jamestown, NY, to five months to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 59 days time served, $1,075 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, submission of a DNA sample, 50 hours of community service and a no trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft.

Michael D. Wilson, 50, to five years probation including 30 days incarceration and 60 days house arrest, $2,575 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, an 18 month license suspension, submission of a DNA sample and 30 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving.

Bench warrants were issued for failure to appear against the following defendants:

Johnny L. Crowley, 51, Clarendon. Crowley was to be sentenced on a count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Mariah D. Fetter, 34, Oil City. Fetter was to be sentenced on a count of contraband – controlled substance.
