There will be a Community Blood Bank blood drive from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at Warren General Hospital.

All blood types, especially type-O, are needed.

“The need for blood never stops and it cannot be manufactured,” Community Relations Specialist Erika DePalma said. “The blood we collect today is used as quickly as tomorrow. We ask that all healthy and eligible members of the community donate blood as soon as possible.”

Community Blood Bank donors who give in February will be entered to win a cruise.
