One guilty plea was entered while two pleaded not guilty during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

William L. Dale, 61, Warren, to conspiracy — endangering the welfare of children and driving on a suspended license while charges of endangering welfare of children and a seat belt charge were not prosecuted.

Not guilty pleas were entered by the following defendants:

¯ Haden D. Roesler, 24, Cassadaga, NY. Roesler has been charged with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations.

¯ Michael J. Waseleski, 45, Warren. Waseleski has been charged with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations.
