Eric Smith, right, spoke to the Antique Study Club on Oct. 24 and is pictured with club president Ruth Shaw. Smith is involved in documenting the history of Sugar Grove. He shared with the club his method of interviewing members of the community that has turned into a book. The club will not meet in November with the next meeting set for Dec. 12 at the Woman’s Club. The program, focusing on Old Fashion Sweet Treats, will be presented by Vicki Ferrie, Shaw and Julie Wilcox.
