Sentences handed down in county court
Nine defendants were sentenced on Friday, two to state prison, and a bench warrant was issued for another.
The following were sentenced during sentence court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond:
¯ Tyler R. Christeson, 30, to 14 months to five years in state prison, boot camp and recidivism risk reduction incentive (RRRI) eligible, a $2,500 fine, $775 in fees, attend and pay for the county’s Victim Impact Panel and Alcohol Highway Safety School, a drug and alcohol evaluation, and an 18-month drivers license suspension for DUI — controlled substance: third offense; to a $1,000 fine and another 12-month license suspension for driving while license suspended; and to a $25 fine and $45 fee for careless driving.
¯ Valerie M. Owen, 41, to 12 months to seven years in state prison, RRRI eligible, with credit for 43 days served, a $2,500 fine, $550 in fees, submit a DNA sample, attend and pay for the county’s Victim Impact Panel and Alcohol Highway Safety School, a drug and alcohol evaluation, and an 18-month drivers license suspension for DUI – highest rate: third offense; and to a $25 fine and $45 fee for roadways laned for traffic.
¯ Katie E. Calimeri, 30, to 11 days to two years minus one day in jail with credit for 11 days served, $1,957 in restitution, a $250 fee, submit a DNA sample, no contact with the victim, and 40 hours of community service, for retail theft, and one year of consecutive probation, and 20 hours of community service, for receiving stolen property.
¯ Andrea N. Cusimano, 43, to five months to one year in Warren County jail with credit for 96 days served, early reentry and work release eligible, $1,266.86 in restitution, $375 in fees, submit a DNA sample, a drug and alcohol evaluation, no contact with the victim, and 20 hours of community service, for retail theft; and five months to one year minus one day in jail, a $125 fee, and 20 hours of community services, for flight to avoid apprehension.
¯ Eric L. Linville, 23, to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, a $300 fine, $375 in fees, and no contact with the victim, for harassment.
¯ Nathan E. Mead, 38, to 10 to 20 months in jail, and five to 10 months in jail to be served concurrently, with credit for 918 days served, $375 in fees, and no contact with the victim for three counts of tattooing a minor.
¯ Taylor K. Means, 30, to 10 days to one year in jail, early reentry and work release eligible, $475 in fees, and 20 hours of community service, for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a $25 fine and $45 fee for passing where prohibited.
¯ Shawn T. Moore, 33, to 178 days to one year in jail with credit for 178 days served, a $250 fee, a drug and alcohol evaluation, and 20 hours of community service, for disorderly conduct.
¯ Sierra L. Tannler, 30, to 305 days to two years minus one day in jail with credit for 305 days served, $375 in fees, submit a DNA sample, a drug and alcohol evaluation, and 40 hours of community service, for simple assault, and one year of consecutive probation, and 20 hours of community service, for resisting arrest.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Jeremy Darr, 35, charged with DUI: first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless driving.
