A Warren man faces corruption of minors and indecent assault charges.
Chase A. Bies, 18, of Warren, is charged with felony corruption of minors -- sexual offenses; and misdemeanor corruption of minors; indecent assault -- person substantially impaired; indecent assault -- without consent; and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
According to police, Bies brought alcoholic drinks to the home of a 15-year-old girl in March.
"They both drank together and the victim advised that Chase pushed drinks on her to the point she became intoxicated and went to bed," according to the affidavit of probable cause. "She advised she felt him in bed with her and rubbing her breast. He then began to masturbate while feeling her buttocks and breast."
"She was afraid of him and pretended she was asleep until he was done," according to the affidavit.
Police were called by the alleged victim's mother in September and the alleged victim was interviewed at the Warren County Children's Advocacy Center.
Bies was taken into custody on Dec. 22. Police said he admitted to being at the alleged victim's house and drinking alcohol with the 15-year-old.
Bies was arraigned before District Judge Todd Woodin on Wednesday, Dec. 22, and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29.
