Class of 1953 to gather

Members of the Warren High School Class of 1953 will gather for lunch on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. at the Cornerstone. Classmates and guests are invited.

PARSE group to meet

The Barton Schuler Chapter of PARSE (Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees) will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mama Jane’s Restaurant on Ludlow Street in Warren. The chapter has funds to spend for the members. For questions, contact Kris Johnson, secretary, at (814) 726-7272.

Blood drives scheduled

Community Blood Bank is hosting three drives in Warren County next week:

¯ Monday, Nov. 15 – 4:30 to 9 p.m. at Lander Volunteer Fire Department, 5555 Route 957;

¯ Tuesday, Nov. 16 – noon to 5:30 p.m. at Holy Redeemer, Russell Street, Warren; and

¯ Wednesday, Nov. 17 – 3 to 8:30 p.m. at Sugar Grove Volunteer Fire Department, 11 Wilson St.

Appointments are not required, but are encouraged to reduce wait times.
