Four Warren churches are pulling their resources together for a Community Vacation Bible School with a “Rocky Railway — Jesus’ Power Pulls Us Through” theme. The event is open to grades kindergarten through sixth. All activities will be outside rain or shine. Each day children will sing catchy songs, play wild games, enjoy snacks, discover how to see God in everyday life and experience amazing craft activities. It will begin on Sunday, July 18, and continue through Wednesday, July 21, at First Lutheran Church, 109 W. Third Avenue from 6-8:15 p.m. We will be collecting loose change daily for a special mission project. For more information, contact Cheri Kellogg at 723-6450. Registration can be handled online with any of the four churches involved via their websites — First Lutheran Church, First UM Church, First Presbyterian Church, or Grace UM Church. Please enter on Watson Place and circle around the First UM Church parking lot to drop you student off and pick them up at the end of the evening.
