One defendant entered a guilty plea during preliminary hearings held this week at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Devin William-Miles Powell, Sugar Grove, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.

Charges of possession of a controlled substance and marijuana – small amount personal use were withdrawn.
